    Ally was fantastic! Went above and beyond! I’ve had other pest control companies in the past. It seems like the big companies always cut corners and rush through everything. Not essential they take their time they’re thorough and they always send great technicians like Ally! Thank you again 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend.

    I checked a "One-Star Rating" for this review because there was no "ZERO-STAR" category. The Sales-Guy Quoted a Price of $ 149.00 down payment and $69.00 per month for a 12-month service period. I was told that he would send a copy of the service agreement via email immediately. However, I Did Not receive a Copy until I called the office three weeks later. My credit card was Billed: $159.80 for the down payment and billed: $74.00 per month for the Pest Service. Upon seeing the apparent discrepancy, I called the Company's manager to get an explanation of the discrepancy. He explained that Tax had to be added, and that even fast food companies add taxes to purchases... I-KNOW-That...! After explaining to the manager that the Sales-Guy Failed to include the Taxes in the price quoted, I was going to terminate the Service Agreement. I Did Not receive a Copy of the service agreement During or After the sale...! Had I known or had been told about the "Cancellation-Fees" of $379.00, I would Never have agreed to purchase the Pest Control service...!! The manager made No-Attempt to come to a "Fair" and/or "Satisfactory" Solution / Resolution to end the Controversy. Instead, he initiated the Cancellation Fee / Charged My Credit Card as the conversation ended. I think this was "intentional fraud" hiding behind a "Contract-Cancellation" for Profit Scheme...! A "Piss-Poor" and "Disrespectful" way to treat customers...! ! !

    My sister and I have been getting our home treated for less than a year now and they’ve always been good. This time, Jordan and his trainee Phil came around and exceeded our previous expectations! They dusted around the outside of our windows, were patient when I went around moving stuff out their way and made sure the sunny side of the house got some extra attention since that’s been our problem area. Super nice and very professional, the both of them. Thank you so much guys! ??

    Today Jordan did service at are home in maria stein. Service and knowledge is outstanding. He always let's us know when he is coming and always comes to the door and ask if are having any problems. Very polite gentleman. Which means alot to everyone. Product is excellent. Tk u Jordon.....Ben and Marcia *****

    I agreed at my front door to let these guys treat my house. The guy said if I used them a couple of times I could then cancel. I used them twice and then they called me to schedule another appointment. When I told them what the original man said, they said I signed a contract. I did not. I told them to send me a copy. They sent me a copy and it is not my signature. I don't know who is responsible for this, but this is clearly not my signature. As soon as I got off the phone with them, they charged my credit card $397.00 for "cancelling the contract". I never signed a contract. Also, if I would have agreed to the "final 2 services" it would have been $198.00. I feel they have been unethical with me.
