    Stay Away - Sales people do not tell you about cancellation fees so after they provide terrible service and you move to another provider, they come calling trying to claw back the cancellation fee. It wasn't even disclosed when I called the office and cancelled. They kept referring to the contract, which was never provided to me. No ethics at this company, do not recommend.

    Salesman promised a lower price plus I specifically asked not to come in the mornings. First visit I was awakened by pounding, not knocking on my door. They had come to spray. One of my dogs got out so had to look for her after I got dressed. I was furious. I have some medical issues that I deal with. Sent an email to request cancel service. The reply said my account would be processed accordingly. To me that meant cancelling the account but I was wrong. They want me to pay $375 cancel fee. Looks like just a year ago the fee was $250quick way to make some extra bucks.

    I am on Essential Pests service plan and they are always so prompt and communicative. Had a problem with some ants in between scheduled service and they came out next day at no charge to spray. Tessa explained all that she applied and how to proceed. Great company to work with!
