"my name is ****** ******* i have an account with ********************** for ***** dollar paper weight scanner when i open up an account with ********************** the distributor promised me that he would always service my account about 8 months ago i opened up my own shop 5 min from the location i was working when openned the account the gentleman ******** swyak said no problem i will come to the shop to service your account well that was 8 months ago and now my scanner that i pay on faithfully has been broken for two months they wont send nobody to fix it give me a loner or help me in anyway but when its payment time they on my phone looking for money this company has lost touch with what customer service is and dont care about there customers and accounts only to collect their monthly fees shame on you matco tools shdm"
