  MLW: 9/5/2023 Hired Rite Cut to trim out dead limbs high on tree. I paid for tree trimiming and 3 termite stakes (for 3 years service) on 9/6/23 after they came back a second time. On 9/5 they started trimming low limbs, then said the climber for high didn't show and couldn't do. When they didn't complete the job I called owner about finishing the job.. They came back next day, installed 3 termite stakes, which needed replaced this year and next., trimmed a little more but never did the high limbs. During the 2nd visit, they kept coming to the door asking for their money. I said I would pay after service done and given a receipt. On 9/5/2024 I called the owner about replacing the termite stakes, they were to come on 9/9/24. On 9/9 when they didn't show I called, they said on their way. They didn't show that day, even after multiple calls which they didn't answer. On 9/10/24 left messages with no return calls. I left a message stating I would be reporting to Better Business Bureau if I didn't hear back. Today is 9/14 and they have never called back or completed the service.

  I have a large sign on my door saying No Solicitors. The employee banged on my door multiple times and finally walked back to tge red pickup truck. As they departed they stared at my windows. After reading these comments Im gladI didnt answer..... not only do they lack a work ethic and integrity but they cant read either.

  Well this seems to be the normal thing for them. Do not give them any money whatsoever. We are out $700 and have half of a big ass tree laying in our yard. They won’t answer the phone weird. Seriously though if they don’t end up coming back which according to these comments they won’t it’s the biggest scam ever.

  I saw there was little information on this company online but figured I would give them a chance. We agreed on $1000 to trim a little on two trees and mostly trim our back tree line. A few hours later they tell me they're done. I look in the back and see very little done. I express my concerns multiple times finally directly confronting them when getting ready to pay and get told basically that's not what he agreed to. I have everything on camera, so I know for a fact it is exactly what was agreed on. He tried to tell me because he's a "good guy" that he would come back the following Monday to finish it up. No one ever showed up. I call back and again get met with being told they finished the job and never told me they'd come back. Which again, I got on camera from my doorbell. After trying to avoid any responsibility, they said they would come back the following Friday. Again no one showed up and I am out $1000 for half the work we agreed on. Do not trust them and do not use them for tree service. Find anyone else!!

  We hired this business to trim 2 trees for $600. They completed part of the job, but said they would return the following day to finish using their bucket truck for the higher limbs. They never showed up. We have tried to reach them now for over a week and they only hang up! I highly recommend NOT using this business!!!
