  Haley's Tree Company removed & trimmed several trees in our neighbor's yard in early May. They did an excellent job, even working into the early evening to finish cleaning up. We asked for an estimate to remove the very large (over 100 feet tall) old oak tree in our front yard. The suggestion was made to trim the tree rather than removal. A price was given, contact written & a date for the following week agreed upon. As the crew was trimming our tree, it was discovered - a stress crack in one of the forks of the tree truck. Cabling the tree was recommended. We said no to that idea; the tree has been dropping large limbs several times over the last year. We asked for an estimate to remove the tree. $4500 was verbally quoted. We agreed to have the tree removed. After going to the bank to make arrangements to pay the increased sum, the foreman came to our door to tell us that it would be an additional $3000 to remove the debris. Our initial estimate to trim the tree was inclusive of removal of all the debris. It was late in the afternoon, it did not occur to us the $4500 quote did not include completing the job. We said no to the increased sum. It appeared to us, the crew thought they had us over a barrel, and they were trying to get more money out of us. When arriving at our house in the morning, the crew brought a truck towing the tree chipper. They left our house without even turning the chipper on. We would not recommend Haley's Tree Company.

  Shaun and his team trimmed our trees today and they did a fantastic job. Very polite and respectful. Very knowledgeable and talented. We were very impressed. We asked for some business cards so we can share with others. The clean up was thorough and they even have a chipper that took care of all the limbs and branches without having to load and haul them all away. Their equipment and ropes were in great condition because the owner, Haley, cares not only about her customers but especially about her employees. Thank so much to everyone involved.

  Sean’s crew came out and trimmed our pear tree and we couldn’t be happier! Same day service! They finished the job quickly and cleaned up the mess completely. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this outstanding business!

  Haley’s Tree Co did an excellent job taking down 2 large trees, pruning and thinning of several trees and also put in 2 cable wires to stabilize very large pine trees. Gaige and his crew worked efficiently, cleaned up any debris and limbs and when asked by us to take an extra branch it was not a problem at all. We got a written estimate up front and it was extremely reasonable in comparison to some other well known tree services in the Cincinnati area. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

  Haley's Tree Company did a good job under very tough conditions. Very large maple tree was surrounded by multiple structures and the two day job required using a climber only and roping down all the cut material. Employee Gaige gave me the estimate and personally made sure the original offer was followed through on after a minor disagreement on the work. Entire crew worked hard and long otherwise it would have been a three day job. Thanks to the crew and especially Gaige., I will contact them again in the future.

  Haley's Tree Co - Scott and his crew did a great job. I had 2 dying Ash trees close to the house that had to come down. They took them down and the clean-up was complete, no mess. Great job!

  I had Haleys Tree Company out and give me a estimate for trimming around 14 trees we have been needing to get done for awhile. Scott gave us a fair price to do the work. The guy that did the climbing up and down the trees did a terrific job. Our trees have never looked better. They shredded up all the branches from the trees and even gave us the mulch. Great job Haleys you have a great crew.

  Scott and his crew did a fantastic job for my neighbor and I. Took down 3 great big Oak trees along the property line. They did it exactly how Scott described they where going to. The crew Scott had with him (Crew 1) they where great as well very polite professional and good at their job. The climber Josh was like a Ninja the way he dismantled the trees limb by limb without causing any damage whatsoever. He said the bigger the better for him. I'm a very happy customer and would definitely refer anyone needing any tree cutting to give them a call and ask for Scott.

  Did a good job cutting down the tree. But did not grind the stump. Said he would call me and let me know when the crew could do it. They did not schedule or call back. I left many messages, but did not hear from them. Unfortunately I paid them and took him at his word. I trusted him to at least return my calls, but he did not. Do not recommend doing business with them since they will not follow up with you to finish the work.

  They trimmed several trees and also thinned a couple trees, although it appears they forgot to thin one of the trees they said they would do. They only thinned the trees as high as the tree trimmer would climb, which was less than half the height of the tree(s) it appears to me. I needed a stump ground down, but there grinder was being serviced, so they said they would come back. They never did, so I called them, and they said the foreman would call and schedule a time, he never did. The work they did was average at best and they never followed up on the tree they missed or the stump they were going to grind even after I called them to remind them.
