5 starsThank you Alec for your time, willingness to provide clear and concise answers to all questions, and even rescheduled us with a colleague who knows more about areas for which you are not as well versed (insulation). EXCELLENT delivery and exchange of information. As both a corporate manager and former military officer, I must say - ALEC has the exact combination of skills, knowledge, and personality to build the confidence clients need before taking the costly plunge into remodeling.
As the new owners of a 65 year old home, we're trying to get to the bottom of temperature control problem in our home. Since we know next to nothing about windows, we may have needed to replace them all... so I requested an assessment of our current windows, BEFORE arbitrarily replacing them. Admittedly, Empire could have abused us and told us we needed all new windows, but Alec didn't do this. He even explained that we already had "high quality" windows and gave me a brief class on how he evaluated them. Not once did he try to finagle us into replacing them all, even though this is how the man eats. What salesman does that?
The point is, Alec's professional look, demeanor, and collaborative approach reflected that he's there to listen, educate, and work with you - NOT take advantage of your ignorance. Do you hear this LADIES? His skill sets were exactly what we needed and his main ingredient? The ability to build trust. I guarantee that Empire (by way of Alec) will be first on my list to call DIRECTLY for our remodeling needs.
You should too.
