    They are professional and very nice people and easy to talk to. They take you serious. Very happy with the windows they installed. Will definitely use them again!

    Very Happy with Empire. I had almost every window in the house replaced. I had four estimates and Empire was the lowest. I was concerned that the lowest estimate might yield sub-standard service but that was not the case. Empire had a very good product that was manufactured in Ohio. Due to the pandemic, it took a little while to make the windows but that wasn't too long of a wait. The guys who installed the windows were like a well-oiled machine. They worked and I mean WORKED all day to finish the job. There was no arguing or fussing at all. I'm guessing that they have been installing windows for a very long time. They cleaned up nicely after. If you are looking for good work at a good price, then give Empire a call.

    Not happy with the service I received. I had a picture window installed with slider panels on each side. One of the panels came with a crack going across 3/4 of the window. They knew about the crack before installation. The screen on the same side had a couple holes. When I spoke to the office I asked for that to be replaced with the glass, she said no problem. It took about a month to get the new window pane and when the installation department called to schedule I asked about the screen, he didn't know anything about it. I called the office again and she had no record of the screen needing to be replaced.
    Then it took two weeks to schedule the installation. And when he gets here with the window, it's for the wrong side. So now I probably will have to wait another month for the correct window to come in and another two weeks to schedule the installation. This is just so frustrating.
    I'm wondering if I will hear from anyone from the company apologizing for the problems.

    Hello ******  I would like to start by apologizing for the setbacks with your job. I know it doesn’t better the situation, but I would like to try and explain what may have happened, and then provide our plan of action.
    All windows are wrapped in cardboard and plastic when leaving the manufacture. Unfortunately once in a while damage may occur while in transit; often times leaving us unaware until we arrive to your home. As for the wrong panel being ordered, this was human error, and should have never happened. Every window we install is custom-made to the eighth of an inch; and while custom sizing provides the best installation, unfortunately it takes a little longer than just pulling something off the shelf.
    As for our plan of action, we have reached out to manufacturing and requested that your ordered part(s) be treated as a priority. As the time gets closer and we receive an ETA, we will reach out to set up a time at your convenience.
    This response will also be followed up by phone call.
    We will get your situation corrected and appreciate your continued patience
