Excellent job by courteous quality help. Did the whole house in a week and a half. Trim was neat and siding was straight. Reinstalled the shutters and the place looks great. Got a bunch of compliments already.

Buyers please be Aware! Windows are not for all seasons in Ohio! During winter season windows Are Not energy efficient! Windows are very drafty and airy. Highly dissatisfied customer!! Be Prepared!Empire Window Company Response

After conversation, we thought you would do the right thing and take down this poor review. Management stopped out to your home evaluating the installation of your windows both inside and out. It was determined that your job was installed correctly. We were unable to find any air leaks at the time, and offered to stop out at a later date. With no fault of Empire’s, It was noted that one area of your trim had been cracked… possibly allowing small amounts of air to leak in, but the larger contributing factor appeared to be a wall that was removed, now turning two rooms into one. Management stated that one HVAC vent may not be adequate to provide heating and cooling for this room and with the age of home, it may be lacking proper insulation.Review from Scott M
