"Our patio was not graded properly, resulting in inches of pooling water at our homes foundation, mold growth from stagnant water, and a severe basement flood due to improper sealing (fire department needed to come as water was pouring over our electrical panel posing a fire risk to our home) after drilling into the foundation for electrical wiring. On top of that, after being charged thousands more by Third Space to have them fix their faulty work, the issue was not fixed and weve spent thousands more with another company to fix these issues by tearing up the entire patio and to input proper drainage and sloping that should have been done in the first place." ...
