  Our patio was not graded properly, resulting in inches of pooling water at our homes foundation, mold growth from stagnant water, and a severe basement flood due to improper sealing (fire department needed to come as water was pouring over our electrical panel posing a fire risk to our home) after drilling into the foundation for electrical wiring. On top of that, after being charged thousands more by Third Space to have them fix their faulty work, the issue was not fixed and weve spent thousands more with another company to fix these issues by tearing up the entire patio and to input proper drainage and sloping that should have been done in the first place. This company ignored us when they heard about our basement flood and severe water pooling issues. They hire sub contractors and have high turnover and cast the blame on their customers for when things go south. ******** experience- this company does not perform work with a professional standard of care.

  Third Space takes great pride in the work it does, works hard to do that work for a fair
  price, and strives to develop and maintain great customer relations. Occasionally, a customers
  expectations regarding the scope of their project exceed Third Spaces contractual obligations.
  Third Space completed this project consistent with all applicable codes and having passed all of
  the inspections by our customers lenders inspector. In addition, ********************************************* obtained three
  separate permits for the work it was obligated to perform and after performing its work, the City
  of ****** provided a Certificate of Occupancy. Now two years after the work was
  completed, the customer has incorrectly contended that ********************************************* had a contractual duty to
  change or improve the natural drainage across their yard and patio. While our customers
  expectations for the scope of their project did not match Third Spaces contractual obligation, we
  will work harder in the future to make sure each of our potential customers understands the scope
  of their project and the limitations of the work Third Space is asked to do.

  The patio design and materials were great, captured our preferences well.
  Taylor, our primary contact, was excellent. Her communications were prompt and helpful.
  Jesus was a standout in the construction team – expert, hard-working and quick to resolve on-site issues.

  Third Space Builders just completed our screened porch to 3 season room conversion. Brandon and Taylor really listened to our input on the look of the final product. They understood our vision and were valuable in making design suggestions. Will C. was wonderful in managing the project and is a fine craftsman. His attention to detail was impressive and the finished product reflects it. Will's positive "can do" attitude to our questions and requests made us grateful to have him on the job. Our interactions with executives, Wesley and Richard G*****, were very positive and refreshing. We would highly recommend Third Space Builders.

  Third Space Builders just finished adding a portico to our house and we couldn't be happier with the job they did! They removed our front step area and walkway and added a curved portico and new walkway in just a months time. We were fortunate to not have many rain delays. Kenton and TJ worked on our project and they are the nicest, most talented, meticulous workers you will ever find. They made sure we were happy every step of the way. We had several quotes on our job from other companies and Third Space was very competitive. Just so happy we went with them! Communication with the company is wonderful - you are always up to date on what is happening. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends. This company is doing everything right!!
