    After we discovered we had bed bugs, we started talking with folks from different Cleveland area companies.
    The first guy we talked with seemed like he didn't even want to work with us. He quickly threw out a quote of $475 to heat treat the master bedroom area which he thought would suffice since we'd only been able to find them there. I didn't know much about treating bed bugs at that point but had read repeatedly not to just treat one area as that can just chase them to other areas of the house. We passed on this guy.
    The next guy seemed like a great guy who knew his stuff but he would not guarantee his work. We had to trust that he would do a good job and then if things didn't work out, oh well, time to start the cycle all over again and hope this next round would fix the issue. Pass.
    The third guy we talked with was Sonny at Bed Bug Pros. When my wife and I spoke with him, we knew for sure he was the one we wanted to work with. It was a true 'Goldilocks moment' and there was no reason to continue our search.
    Sonny flat out knows how to handle bed bugs and is the consummate professional. He had very reasonable pricing, a clear plan of attack, an exceptional bed side manner (he answered every question I sent his way promptly and courteously) and he guarantees his work. Imagine that.
    We sure hope we never have to deal with this issue again but, if we do, we'll be calling Sonny.
