5 starsSonny was beyond phenomenal! When we discovered that we had bed bugs, we immediately knew we didn’t want to try to DIY our way through it, and we opted to find a professional. We wanted someone who was an expert, effective, and who would walk us through everything until we became bed bug free. Finding someone who guaranteed their work (or they would come back and make it right at no additional charge) was also very important to us. Sonny fulfilled everything we were looking for and more. He took over 30 minutes to answer my question and walk me through what a treatment plan would look like on our first call. On his initial visit, he showed me everything he was doing and gave my fiancé and I a detailed fact sheet on the sprays he’d be using. He was prompt to answer any questions we had throughout our treatment plan, his methods prioritized our health and the heath of our four-legged friend, and he always arrived promptly within the time-windows provided for our appointments. For anyone who’s discovered they have bed bugs, knows they can’t deal with them alone, and doesn’t know where to turn: calling Sonny is the best decision you can make. His pricing is competitive, he’s honest, informative, and he’s the reason we’re now bed-bug-free!

5 starsCall Sonny Now! He is professional, very knowledgeable, trustworthy and empathetic. He just gets it, it's his job!
I literally wanted to set the house on fire after discovering those little suckers and that was us finding them in the early stage. We are so thankful to have made the right choice in calling Sonny and for him accepting to drive a little further than his norm. Whether these things made their way in from vacation or my husband's occupation, we are now equipped in preventing this in the future with the help of Sonny.
Follow the instructions and I promise you will have your comfort, security and speaking only on my own behalf, sanity, back soon enough.

5 starsI recently thought I had found evidence of the presence bed bugs in my home. After being given a pricey treatment estimate by a national pest control company without even doing an inspection and being dismissed by a local pest company as if my concerns were trivial, I knew I needed to find someone experienced with bed bugs. While searching the internet, I came across The Bed Bug Pros by Ridtek. Their website and blogs were enlightening. I called and left a message over the holiday weekend and Sonny called me back that evening! He said he would be in my area the following day and offered to come by. Sonny listened to all of my concerns and alleviated much of my distress with expert knowledge and professionalism. After the free inspection and not finding anything, he could tell I was still anxious and offered the services of his inspecting canine, Levy. Levy confirmed that there wasn’t any bug activity. It was worth every penny.

5 starsTwice now i thought i had bed bugs and had to contact Sonny. Both times he was willing to come to my house and do an inspection. Both times he suspected bat bugs and was willing to take a bug to view it under a microscope to determine his suspicions were right. Both times he came to my house later in the evening - the same day I called - and contacted me as soon as he had an answer (9pm). I was able to get answers promptly. Which is exactly what someone wants if they think they might have an infestation. Both times his inspections were done free of charge. He was prompt and eager to help. He eased my mind both times I called him. He made me feel comfortable and cared about. Free inspection plus great customer service!!! Double win! If i ever need a pest control for bed bugs again - or suspicion of - this company will always be my number 1 choice!!!!The Bed Bug Pros

5 starsI contacted Sonny and the company because I was concerned about possible bed bug bites. He returned my call promptly and spent a good amount of time patiently answering questions ( I had many) and calming my anxiety with both information and his manner. He recommended some preliminary steps to take and sent me information quickly. When I called to ask for an inspection, he scheduled one in a timely manner. Upon arrival, he was efficient and professional, walked me through what he was doing and also explained what he was looking for and what the signs of bedbugs would be. Turns out I was one of the few fortunate people who turned out not to have bed bugs. He did not try to use the situation to sell me any services at all, but explained to me what he did see at the house. After this episode and the very professional way he handled my situation, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, and would also engage him without question should I every have the need. It was great to have encountered an honest and professional company who takes pride in knowledge and professionalism.The Bed Bug Pros
