    I have been charged $100 thinking that it was going to a company called ****** ***** *** and it is not. The monies have come out of my account under
    Myglobalwebso *****.
    It’s a total scam the rep acted like they were updating my account and transferring my 2 vehicles of SXM ****** radio to my two newer vehicles. I agreed to 15 months of service with ****** radio company. And was not the case, fraud some how using your company. Please help. Thank you

    Monies for ****** * ******** were refunded on 12/7/2023. $100.00 was refunded to card ending ***** MY Global WEB Solution is a processer for Businesses to do there credit card and ****** transactions. We have companies that do Entertainment, Travel, and legal transactions. We are sorry for any inconvenience and have refunded in full.

    I called ****** radio to switch my service from old to new vehicle. The guy said I could pay $100 for 2 years $50 for 2 years on two other vehicles.
    I have tried to get ****** on the third vehicle, which has never had ****** and we couldn’t get it to connect. After calling Sirius, they told me they do not have this charge and there is no such offer.

    On Oct 18th my debit card was charged 60.00 by My Global Web Solution for my ****** account however on Nov 28 I received a call from ****** saying that they never received the payment. I tried calling Global @330-470-0146 to resolve this only to find the number was non working. I would like a refund and appreciate any help you can give me to resolve this.

    On October 7, 2023 I called an 800 number that portrayed it to be ****** ** Radio. The person that I spoke to stated they were working with ****** **. I then proceeded to explain that I was being over charged. The person then stated that I could get this service for $99.99 for 24 months and that I would be refunded my over charge. The person then asked for my credit card information, then completed the transaction. On October 9,2023, I called again but this time it was the real ****** **. I called to confirm my transaction and the person stated that there was no record of the transaction. When I told the person about My Global Web Solution the person stated they never heard of this company. I'm seeking a refund of $99.99.

    My Global Web Solution LLC. has refunded the customer there full Transaction. Understand our company is a processer. We do not engage in the actual transaction. We work wit 9 companies whom use our processing platform. If the customer would have called us, we would have refunded that day.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    Also I don't know if they are refunding it by mail, because the card that was used has been deactivated by my bank. Are they going to reverse the charge or send a check?
