*****s satellite radio is constantly sending letters only to find out its not them and the person who took the money for the service has even went as far to change my service and way I do billing with ******* They have names *** *** *** ****** and say you have your service. They have caused a serious problem with the real ****** and I don't want anything more but to get the money to the real serious and have these people shut down for fraud.Business Response

My Global Web Solution has an agreement with companies to use our charging platform for Echeck and credit card transactions. We collect monies and pay out to the companies that preform the charge. As for this transaction , all monies have been refunded.Initial Complaint

On february 1, 2024, I called this company because it was listed as ****** auto train on a random website. I was informed to give my credit card number and information. unfortunately, they are a scammed company because I called ****** today and they said they don't even know this company and that I don't even have a reservation. Obviously, I do. Just that this company scammed me.Business Response

I (thought) I was on the official ****** website to purchase my daughter hr train ticket from az to nv the next day I received a text saying my trip had been canceled dye to weather. I immediately called " my global solutions " only yo get a voice mail....I am now out 353.00$ and my daughter w as stranded. I am very upset as I am disabled and that was 1 quarter of my whole months income ,leaving me without many things and mess this month.....Business Response

1/8/24 ***** ** ***** for my vehicle. they offered 2year & 6 moths for 300.00 it worked fine until 3/6/24 & it stopped. I called & spoke to **** the agent that sold it to me, He said it was a technical problem & would fix it. He then later returned a call stating he would refund my money to credit card. I called 3/12/24 to find out when the refund would be sent & they tried to sell me another plan before they knew who was calling. I told them my name & the lady knew that I had 2yr. 6 months plan I was put on hold & she never came back. I have also called the phone number for this company & get a recording to leave a phone number BUT Jim never returns my call. Please help me, warn others of this fraudBusiness Response

I searched ******* ** to sign up for ******* ***** in my car on December 22. This company was the first option so I clicked it. My Global Web Solution, LLC
I talked to "Ken" he was foreign. I told him what I wanted. the price he gave me was too high. He talked me down to $120.00 a year. I have not been refunded this money and I would like it back if possible.

I had service with ****** ** for two cars. I wanted to transfer service from one car to another car I purchased. This morning (12/23/2023) I called a number purporting online to be connected to ****** **, (877) 622-9810. I spoke with "Kane" who agreed to help, asked for the VIN numbers of the cars and for names, address and phone numbers. He offered service for 2 cars, 2 years and 2 mos for $360. I agreed. He asked for a credit card number. He said I might get a text from the card co. asking me to confirm the charge, but I did not receive a text. I then gave him another card number and got a text as follows: "Did you use your card ##### at MYGLOBALWEBSOL8778459265 for $360? (Declined). Reply YES or NO". I replied yes. I then received a text from ***** ******** as follows: "Thank you [ my name] for sending $360 towards **** Support through MY GLOBAL WEB (An ** Payment Gateway). We are Activating account for 2 Years, 2 Months within 2 to 4 hours. You can always contact us at 1-801-895-4614 and ask for KANE for Technical & Billing issues."
Because the text receipt did not reflect ****** ** I called both card companies I had given "Kane" and asked if the charge had been made. Both companies confirmed $360 charges had been attempted, but it only went through on the second one. They suggested I call ****** **. I called ****** and learned they had not received the payment or transfer request, and I had been scammed. I looked online and found this type of scam had been reported to the BBB with the Global Web owner saying the complainants should have called the numbers they had for an immediate refund. I tried calling Kane at both the 877 # he first answered (the call did not go through), and the 801 # he gave and used to text but the call was declined and blocked. I texted the 801# saying I knew I was scammed and wanted a refund. I also called Global Web at (361) 800-9591 and left a message demanding a refund. I can provide a copy of the texts if needed.Business Response
