              Description: The consumer hired Travis Stevens Roofing (TSR) to reshingle their roof on 10/08/21. He put down a deposit of $10k, which is half of the quoted $20k for the completed job. They began installation on 11/9/21 and told the consumer that the quality of shingles ordered was not available and offered an alternative shingle. These replacement shingles cost $2k less than the original shingles ordered. The company has caused a leak inside the home, caused property damage to the exterior of the home with their vehicle, left debris and trash on the roof and they have also damaged the neighbors home as well. They are now demanding full payment before completion of the job. The consumer has gone back and forth with them many times since this was not the original agreement and the work and repairs have not been completed.

              I am unhappy with the follow-up care/ warranty work that we never received. About 4 years ago, this company put a roof on our home. The job itself was done in time and looked good. Last summer, I noticed leaking happening near our chimney on the inside of our home. I called and spoke with Mr. ********************** twice about this issue. After 3 months, someone randomly came to the house, I explained what was wrong, and they never called back again. I even explained that if the issue was out of warranty, I would be willing to cover it. I tried calling back six separate times, left 4 voice mails ( twice the ** was full), and still, no one called me back. Sad that they can't follow through on their promises of a 10-year warranty they promised us, or at the very least call me back and explain why they won't help us.
