  ***** ***** worked with my wife and I through the qualification process and as we were house hunting while answering any and all questions we had for him. We had to work within a tight timeline once we were in contract on our home and he made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He clearly communicated to us what was needed on his end and kept us updated on where our mortgage was at in the process. Overall I would highly recommend!

  Ive zero clue what company these other reviewers are discussing because I would have actually been lost with ***** ***** at Lower. Other mortgage companies never even bothered getting back to me and somehow still send me spam emails. ***** went above and beyond and STILL DOES! He reaches out on holidays and every time theres even a hint that rates are going down. *** had my insurance broker for over a decade and I call her my insurance guru. I never knew there were mortgage gurus until I met *****. Now I have a mortgage guy for life Every single detail was explained to me. All the financials worked and reworked at the drop of a dime when I asked. We could have closed in under a week thanks to my agent and *****. I love recommended him quite a few times and will continue doing so!

  We got a loan through Lower earlier this year, and received excellent service from ***** *****. Not only did we receive unbelievable service during the initial transaction, but ***** continues to stay in contact as we are watching for rates to come into a refinance zone. We are very glad that we went with Lower, and especially *****!

  My home buying process was amazing, I knew absolutely nothing about the buying process and steps before speaking to our lender *****. Whenever my familys ready to buy our next home well do the same thing no questions asked. It was to easy not to do again. Highly recommend ????

  Loan officer reached out to me concerning changes in *** requirements. I was told I would qualify and we proceeded with the application. He even had us put money on some of our credit cards to hype up our credit report. Then he had us give him our bank account information for future charges, to only find that he had monies come out of our account prematurely and unexpectedly. When I confronted him about these charges that were unauthorized, he had no explanation and admitted that he was at fault. Then he ignored all of our phone calls. We never got updates on how the loan was progressing. I even reached out to Corporate, who also ignored my emails. I would avoid this Mortgage company by all means. They are dishonest and do not take ownership for their mistakes. Now I see why they are not Better Business Bureau approved. I would never Recommend this company to anyone.

  Our experience with Lower LLC (Lower.com) has been deeply frustrating, marked by miscommunication, misleading information, and last-minute changes that have caused financial and emotional distress. We were given a clear to close, communicated to our title company and realtor, leading us to incur expenses like appraisals and inspections.Despite this, Lower LLC changed the loan terms without proper explanation, postponed our closing multiple times, and left us in a 7-day grace ******* Our original closing on August 29th was abruptly canceled and rescheduled, with no certainty that the loan will close.Lower LLC often blamed issues on ****** **** automated systems and AI technology, citing external rejections, but we never received clear answers. They had an opportunity to resolve the situation through an exception request, but we were not informed of its denial until we discovered it ourselves.This has disrupted our lives, including switching schools for our four childrenthree of whom have disabilitiesand notifying our landlord of a planned move based on broken promises. As a community leader in ****, I cannot recommend Lower LLC to anyone. Their shifting terms, delays, and lack of accountability have caused severe hardship to my family.We have reported these issues to HUD, FHFA, and the *** and hope no other families experience what we have with Lower LLC. This review will be updated based on the outcome of our rescheduled closing, but currently, our experience has been unacceptable.
