    Extremely happy with On-Spot Techs. I've used them for several years for all my computer support. Jeremy did a great job setting up my computer in my new home where I recently moved. He set up my components and made sure everything was working fine. He gave me advice for getting the best performance from my computer. Always a pleasure to work with this great company.

    I have been using On Spot Techs for many years and have always found to be reliable and willing to help in any way they can, big or small. I also appreciative the fact that each of their techs take the time to help me understand what they have done and how I can do what needs to be done if a change has been made. I wouldn't call anyone else!!!

    The last two times Jeremy was here he did a fantastic job on my printer and on my computer. I was completely satisfied both times. He listens well when we are discussing something, and that is important to me. I hope he is assigned as my technician every time I have a problem.

    Very happy with their service. Eric worked with me before I purchased a new laptop and didn't pressure me to buy their own product. When I made my purchase I brought my old (win 8.1) laptop in to transfer my files and programs. Zack came to our home and showed me how to access everything. He also made sure my printer worked with all our devices. I love supporting local businesses and On Spot Techs certainly lives up to its name. Will recommend them to all my friends that need computer care.

    outstanding service. Called Monday, had a technician Tuesday. Set up two televisions and performed a systems check on one computer. Very pleased with everything.
