    Great company! Eric and Pat have been responsive to our digital needs and problems, including Pat coming to the house after I thought we had been hacked. They explain, create solutions and finish the job. This sounds simple but a company who does the job is invaluable!

    If you need help with your computer, tablet, laptop or phone On Spot Techs is the one stop place to go. We are a retired couple and have used them for almost three years. Eric and his team have always been more than helpful and have answered our many questions. They have come to our home to get everything up and running smoothly and we have our devices tested each year. You can be confident that your problems will be attended to with courtesy, respect and in a timely manner.

    We have been utilizing On Spot Techs for many years. Their technicians have always provided excellent service and are knowledgeable about computers, cell phones, Ring devices and anything electronic. Today, Pat from On Spot Techs made a service call to our home. He is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He always explains what he is doing and answers any questions we may have in a clear manner. He is never hurried and completes his tasks with 100% satisfaction. You can tell he loves what he is doing; he is definitely a "people" person. We highly recommend On Spot Techs and will continue to use their services indefinitely.

    I recently bought a reconditioned computer from On Spot Techs. Data transfer from my old computer to the new on was performed by the same company. I had a couple of issues with the new system and On Spot solved all of my computer problems with a house call. Thanks to Eric and especially Pat Kennedy for all of the hard work they put into this project. I highly recommend On Spot Techs for all of your computer purchases and repairs.
