    We used On Spot Techs for the first time to help set up our new personal computer. Was very impressed with our Technician, Dean. He helped connect our printer to the computer, arrange things, and gave us tips. He was very professional and likable.

    For past 3 years we have had excellent results with Eric Geier and his associates maintaining our computers and offering great suggestions!
    On time, friendly, reasonable, while offering unique pay ahead discounts. Eric visited us recently for maintenance on our desktop and we subsequently ordered a new laptop.
    The shop is a convenient location to north and south. We place our trust in this business because we owned a long time business and recognize quality from knowing what customers look for! His new associate Dean was outstanding and walked us through new laptop and camera suggestions.

    On Spot techs are always on time and willing to help you with any tech issues in person or on the phone. Zak is extremely patient with those of us who can’t keep up with the constant changes in technology.

    Personnel are well trained and explain what it wrong and repair the computer. I've always used this company and have always been please with the people who repair the computer. My go to company for all computer problems.

    We bought our computer from On Spot Techs because we had seen saw Eric's (owner) helpful articles in the Dayton Daily News. Jeremy installed everything, and it has worked fine this past year. We just had our one-year computer check and upgrade with Jeremy. He answered all our questions and was extremely helpful. Jeremy is very personable and knowledgeable. We bought from On Spot Techs rather than a big-box company because we thought we would have better service, warranty, and product. We have been extremely satisfied.
