      I was in a panic when I realized my flash drive memory was lost and needed to retrieve. I researched about the companies do the memory recovery services and Secure Data Recovery was recommended by one of my brother's friends who works in IT. *************************** helped me through from the beginning until the end. He was very quick in responses and he provided me all the information I needed. On top of that, he worked with my financial situation and helped me get a reasonable price for my recovery needs. Although it was still on the pricey side, it was money well spent to retrieve my data and much faster than anticipated. **** really provided exceptional services and I really feel everyone should get the same services as I got from ****. You definitely made me feel comfortable and was able to trust your work. You and your team did great work! Thank you so much!!!

      *******, my account representative, was absolutely amazing to work with! I know I can be slow to respond to emails and whatnot but he was always extremely patient and lovely every time we spoke. He was always very clear with instructions and laying out exactly what was going on with my drive and the next steps I had to take. I was surprised how easy the portal was to navigate, you know sometimes these kinds of services make you jump through a lot of hoops but I was always pleasantly surprised. They were nice enough to work with me on budgeting for the service and since I wasn't on a tight timeline everything worked out super well for me. I was devastated when my drive crashed, be warned apparently dual solid state and normal drives are not super reliable yet, but I think they were able to restore about 99% of the drive, give or take some THANKFULLY random files I didn't need. Can't recommend these guys enough and especially ******* (doubly so if you're like me and forget to check your email or are a bit flighty, he's great at always following up). Thanks guys!! Now to organize my drive

      I worked with *********************** for my data recovery, and he was fantastic. Accommodating, attentive, and a quick responder. In addition, my data was recovered much faster than I anticipated

      I was crushed when I couldn't retrieve files from an external hard drive with all of my year's wedding backups and my daughter's first year in photography competition images. **** was my rep and helped facilitate help through Secure Data. They saved our work and we are so thankful!

      Secure Data Recovery Services was absolutely amazing to work with. I am a photographer and my external hard drive failed with photos I needed on it. I had checked with multiple places to see who could help me and Secure Data Recovery came to my rescue. They worked with me on cost, timing and were able to successfully recover all of my images for me! So very thankful for them and their team and would recommend them to everyone!

      As an amateur photographer, I was devastated when my external hard drive crashed/was no longer accessible! Most importantly it contained 20 years of family photos including all the photos of my kid's school years. It was a WD product that crashed and they recommended Secure Data. I am always skeptical of companies I don't have personal experience with so I was very skeptical when ****** answered my call. ****** was so patient with me - answered all my questions - ensured my satisfaction with their service (which I was still leery of) - and even worked with me on payment options/arrangements. Saying all of that...I would absolutely recommend Secure Data for any of the services you need!! ****** sent me a label to use to mail him my damaged hard drive - he notified me when it was received - he then notified me again when the technician was working on my device - and then followed up to let me know all the data had been recovered - I received the recovered data today and I'm still going through it all (it's alot) but at this point, I am 100% satisfied!!! I will absolutely be using Secure Data in the future and recommending them to all my ***************** ASK FOR ******!!!

      ****** made sure that I was up to date on the status and next steps for getting my data recovered from an old hard drive. He went above and beyond in negotiating to get my data back within my budget, answering my questions, and always followed ** in a very timely manner. He was wonderful to work with and I'd definitely work with Secure Data again because of the level of thoroughness and friendliness he provided.

      We had a failed SSHD with mechanical damage as well as some light platter damage. SecureData was able to recover about ****% of the drive (100% of what we cared about) in a quick and professional manner. If faced with a similar situation in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
