    I worked with Dana W**** and he did an excellent job. I was seeking to consolidate my first and second mortgages and it was important because I had an upcoming balloon payment on my second mortgage that I would not be able to pay. I had tried three times in the prior three years to get the loan I needed but was unable to do so. Dana got me a loan that consolidated my mortgages with a net interest rate that was less than I had been paying. Bottom line is I am now paying $150 a month less and I no longer have that balloon payment out there waiting for me. I got $500 cash back and was able to skip two payments. This helped me further consolidate and eliminate the debt that I have.
