    *******, at JetStream, was great thru the process. We had a complex loan, due to owning a business.the underwriters ask for everything except our first born. ******* kept the process moving. He worked with the underwriters to make sure what we gave would meet their needs. He found us the best rate and we closed with no problems. I was initially concerned how online /long distance would work, but it was like they were down the street. Great organization to use!

    We had an excellent experience with Dana at Jetstream lending. He knew we were relocating from another state and was very flexible with his availability to accommodate that. He provided education and support throughout the entire process and made a difficult process so much easier. We will be back to refinance or the next time we buy, for sure!
    Update 2024: Jetstream proactively reached out to me as soon as they could get me a lower rate on my mortgage, and the refinance went through smooth as could be. Very grateful to be a jetstream customer!

    (Marisol) Pulled credit report w/o knowledge or consent!! Then stocked, harassed, solicited us for unwarranted business purposes! *Tried to also go over credit report

    After an extensive review, we do not have any record of pulling a credit report for *************************. The owner of our company reached out to ******** and apologized for the confusion regarding the phone call she received from one of our loan officers asking to speak with her husband. She was very nice and appreciated us reaching out to her and said she will be removing this negative review from the BBB.
