Exceptional customer service! I ordered two different pillows from Downlite. They had such good reviews, I just washed them and threw away the packaging when I received my order, thinking they would probably be fine. Unfortunately, neither of the pillows worked for me and I found them very uncomfortable. I had received emails requesting review of the products, and I did leave reviews noting the pillows were not good for me. I did not attempt to return them, as I had thrown away the original packaging and already washed them, so I figured I just had to eat the wasted expense. A day or two after leaving my reviews that I was unsatisfied with the products, Downlite reached out to me personally and REFUNDED MY ENTIRE ORDER! They apologized that the pillows did not meet my expectations, and said they strive for all customers to be happy and love their purchase. As such, they generously refunded my entire order cost and told me I could just go ahead and donate the lightly used pillows. Such INCREDIBLE customer service was unexpected and a really pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend this company and do business with them again (next time, I will be sure to keep my packaging in case something doesn't work out - they offer hassle free returns with original packaging).
