    I placed my custom order on 10/22/23. It is 1/4/24 and I still haven’t received my items. I’ve spoken with customer service twice, sent two emails and they keep telling me I should receive my order in “one more week”. I spent an hour on the phone with them trying to get them to tell me where the items are and when they will be shipped. They could not give me any information and then the call conveniently dropped. At this point the season is almost over and my son has not had a uniform to wear. They say I can’t cancel the order either. So they have the 300 dollars I paid and are refusing to deliver the purchased items.

    I would not recommend getting custom gear from RUDIS. They say they could have the gear done 6 weeks from when the store closes but we are on week 7 and our items have not been moved to production and they can’t give us a time frame on when we can expect them.
    Some of our items from the custom store have been received but anything with sublimation has not been received of even put into production.
    They customer service is horrible and it took a week for them to respond and still could not provide a solution for missing deadlines.

    I am sorry, It took us a little while to reach out to you. We are experenceing higher than normal volume of calls and emails. Just to confirm. Your team order went into production the day after the store closed. Have you recieved your items yet? If you would like to reach out, i would love to get your better information on your store.

    Ordered a pair of shoes early Monday morning. Paid for TWO day air shipping via UPS. Tracking number given was USPS and expected delivery date is Saturday. Called customer service THE NEXT MORNING, and the only solution I was offered was a refund on shipping. I suggested sending me a second pair of shoes and a return label so I can immediately send the late pair back. Was told even if they sent them out today with the two day air it wouldn't arrive any sooner than Saturday. Two days from Tuesday is Thursday. Two days from Wednesday is Friday. So why can't my shoes get here before Saturday. Was only offered a refund on shipping and was offered NO OTHER SOLUTIONS FOR THEM SENDING IT OUT WRONG.

    Absolutely outstanding customer service experience! I was trying to place an order online for a knee pad but system would not accept my address…called customer service and they fixed the issue right away AND sent me a $25 gift card for the inconvenience! I haven’t had a customer service experience like this in years (and my background is in guest service)…they just got a new client for life! Keep up the excellent work Rudis, your attention to detail does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Bam! That’s how you do it!

    I ordered a pair of shoes for my son, I got a notice that they were out of his size and my order would be refunded. I called Rudis and had the best customer service experience. She (R*****) said they'd gotten a new system and it was letting people order items they didn't have in inventory. She apologized, was so so helpful, told me what shoes they did have in stock in his size, and provided the original discount I had received on the first order even though the sale was over. She then called the warehouse to see if they could rush ship them since the error was on their part. Highly recommend. It's nice to order from a company that actually puts the customer first.

    Have ordered tons of stuff from them and never any big issues. I hand washed a pair of shoes for my son and the colors bled. Now they look like garbage. The shoes are in great shape just look like crap due to their mistakes. Rep told me that she had seen this several times before. Think twice before you order. I have been a loyal customer of RUDIS but after this mess will give ********* a try.

    Do not buy anything from this company. They are scammers. Brought a shoe, took the money the next day. Call / email for status. No answer and phone sent directly to VM

    I placed and order on 11/28//22 and never received a confirmation number I tried contacting them by phone and a voice-mail that doesn't allow you to leave a message I the email them and no response. This is a company that doesn't know how to run a business or doesn't want to hire enough representatives to resolve order issues.

    I have been ordering from Rudis for years and clearing their growth is starting to hurt their service. I have noticed on the last few orders things dont get shipped as quick. I recently ordered shoes on 11/22/22 and prompted got an email it will be a little delayed. I never heard anything for a week and called in. It was clear that if I had not have called the order would still not be in motion. I was told that my order was going to be shipped and that night I would have yes the shipping information. I had to call to find out that the order did not go out then and was not given a shipping number until today and it would then go,out tomorrow. Sorry but shipping 10 days after multiple calls is not the Rudis from years past. My suggestion might be if you cant get orders out maybe you should stop taking them until you get your logistics under control.
