    I bought my daughter a pair of these wrestling shoes that cost way or a hundred dollars and didnt even last one season of wrestling. I hair picture where they are already coming apart.

    I bought these for my daughter on launch day, 2/4, and received the receipt via email but have yet to receive a confirmation they shipped or a tracking number. I sent them a message & an email and have not heard anything back. They definitely got their money out of my bank account. A little disappointed & surprised. I've ordered shoes previously & received confirmation of shipment emails within 48 hrs.I also called on feb 8th and he confirmed. on the phone that they have them and that they are on the way in a hour . He lied about getting them out to me. I am extreemly dissatisfied with the experice. I called today after receiveng another email after the phone call and saying they are refunding. After they told me that they were on the way. They lied about the shoes i ordered . I am not happy at all .

    ******** customer service. Absolutely horrible. This is a complete disgrace. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes that were on sale. They were supposed to be here January 8th, but it is now January 21st, and they were apparently lost in transit. I've called 5 times to try and get this sorted out and fixed. Rudis customer service is not interested in making it right. I was given a discount code for the original amount that I paid, but the shoes I had bought were on sale, and now they are "no longer available" (BOTH pairs, really??). A discount code sounds great, but I was never refunded the original amount that I paid, so when using the discount code I'm not actually getting a discount at all. Now, since both pairs of shoes my kids picked out are no longer available, I have to buy more expensive shoes because of course, there aren't any shoes in their size for the sale price I paid. I guess this is a good business plan on their part. Offer shoes on sale, 'lose' the order, and then force the customer to buy more expensive shoes, then reap the benefits of more money. None of this is my fault, and it is the company's responsibility to make it right. I don't expect to have free shoes at higher prices, but come on. They could at least find a way to meet me in the middle. The shoes they had to choose were more than double the price we originally paid because they have such low stock on literally everything. I am forced to spend more than double what I originally paid if I want shoes from them because they lost my order. They offered me a $59 discount for BOTH pairs of shoes when I had to spend $80 more PER SHOE than I originally paid. That doesn't make up for the two weeks extra I've been waiting for these shoes and the amount of time I've had to spend trying to find the order and fighting them to make it right when they didn't. Absolutely ridiculous!

    In October, I bought a customer singlet on our *********** Team Store. Paid full price plus tax and shipping, over $100. It said it could take up to 8 weeks. Got the confirmation and everything. Nearly every week after week 4 when the season started in *******, i would check on the order and it said, we have your order and they will email me when it will be delivered. Last week, Week 13, I email. "Hey its been 12+ weeks, do you have an ETA." No response. Today I get an email. Your order has been canceled. Here is your money we held on to for 3+ months. So I call ***************** the guy repeatedly lies to me about why it was canceled, then blames the "Sales **** No ownership, no solution. Just a "sorry you are ****** off, sir." ******** communication, bad customer service, my HS wrestler goes without his singlet all year and then, not an apology for their mistake, but an apology that i am ****** off? Coaches, I recommend you set your team store somewhere else.

    We are sorry for any confusion on your order. Your singlets for the whole team did not meet minimums.Everyone was refunded. All time lines for custom gear are agreed upon with the coaches or team admins. There is also minimum that have to be met in order for custom orders to be put into production. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Rudis charges for expedited shipping but shipping took 10 days. They also make it incredibly hard to make returns. They have NO customer service available.

    Extremely disappointed. I purchased a pair of shoes (11/5) from Rudis mid-season (I'm a coach) after my old shoes fell apart. Rudis website stated that all orders would be filled within 1 business day and I paid $23 for "expedited shipping" which gave me an estimated delivery of (11/7 or 11/8). I emailed support on 11/8 as my order had not even been filled. The support team informed me they had a 3-business day fill requirement. They subsequently changed the shipping policy on their website to state a 5-business day shipping policy. My order was finally filled on 11/11 and I received notification from ***** that my estimated delivery would be 11/16 by the end of the day. I am having a hard time understanding how $23 "expedited shipping" still takes 5 days and how I went from an estimated expected delivery of 11/7 or 11/8 to 11/16. Customer support was zero help. They repeatedly told me that they valued me as a customer, but did nothing to remedy the problem. Instead they adjusted their shipping policy to cover the error. I am incredibly disappointed in Rudis, their customer support, and the overall purchasing process. Do better.

    We recently bought several pairs of shoes through a coach's promotion. Unfortunately one of the pairs was too small but completing an exchange did not seem to be an option. I reached out to customer service, offering to pay shipping costs if an exchange was at all possible. I received a prompt response and they offered a way to exchange the shoes at no additional cost to us. My boys love Rudis shoes and we can't say anything but good things about their customer service department.

    ****** in Customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Earlier in the week I place an order with upcoming NYWAY state championship coming up . When o received my order I realized I ordered the wrong size . I called customer service and spoke to ****** and I was able to order another pair the correct size . The only shipping options I had on the site were 2 day priority mail . I had mentioned to her that I would pay to overnight them and she said that they couldn’t. Not knowing my order would make it in time before we left the house for the championship. She emailed me my label to return the other pair . I called ****** approximately 4pm on Thursday. Friday morning approximately 9:30am the other pair I ordered were delivered on my porch and we will now have his new shoes for the state youth championship. ****** at RUDIS went above and beyond her duties to make sure we had our wrestling shoes for the tournament. Thank you for going above and beyond for my mistake and making sure we received our order in time. Good employees are difficult to find these days in any business. Business with customer service like this I will always go back too . Thank you

    We have purchased 3 pair of wrestling shoes in the last two years. The latest pair that we ordered for our son had a plastic part rip off at the top of the shoe. We sent pictures to Rudis and then called them. *** answered and viewed the email. In a matter of minuets she had us taken care of. This company rocks and has excellent customer service! We will continue to do business with this company

    Rudis is a rip off. They will take your money and NEVER call you back or respond. They sent us an incorrect order. We ordered 21 uniforms that when received the quality was not even decent. I followed all of the step to file a refund to return all items and event sent pictures..still no answer. Do not order from these people ( ****** ******* County wrestling ( stay away)
