I am a tenant of Allimet properties llc but the person I signed the lease with is the mother of the rental properties owner. She just has a different last name. The husband has the same last name as the owner of the company. I have received mail that is sent in their names and other aliases or affiliates. I have sent it back certified mail from their family members. I have substantial proof. The husband and son work on the property. They have been fraudulently not making it habitable for my family and I and blaming us for code violations that even the city knows is not up to par..with habitable living. The foundation is sinking and its faulty wiring and bees have decided to nest in an inaccessible crawl space.not to mention mold from faulty plumbing we have been getting silently sick and when told they denied or attempted to cover it up. The vent hood is trapping grease from poor installation and the outside gutters are falling insects nesting ,trees ready to fall and. Water in the vents. The son lives close and I believe has been spying. And the father is intimidating as well. There is a brook in the back that is causing the house to crack and one of my neighbors moved. It is mold on their house as well.They are attempting to take no liability..for habitable living. Thank You, I need answers. Someone is also phishing my family members' accounts. Via email.
