Good product so far. Never had soft water before. I was a bit confused if salt in water would kill houseplants or outdoor plants: Installer of tanks said yes, salesman stated no. I clarified it later.

Proffessional from start to finish.Great and informative salesman.Installation went very well.Great filtered water. Easy to use.The only negative, and it is not the company, but the finance service they use. We were told we would get a set amount of months to pay off no interest. Then when the finance company got involved, they said know, and gave us a mid range interest for the item. There is no reason for this, as we both have above 700 credit scores. This finance company is a money grabber and didn't want to work with customers. They are very very bad.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC. Response

Joke! I had them install a water softening system in January. I was told by the installer, and his boss that the system wouldnt work. They told me to have it escalated, which I did and they would return my money and take the nonworking system out. I received an email advising they were closing the matter!! I have spent about $**** for my water softening & ** and was told by the sales *************** that the annual maintenance fee is $** which includes the ** light that need to be replaced every year. I called as its time for my annual service and was told $***. Also I have asked to sell the ** bulb so I can fix it on my own, they denied to sell and I can't find online for purchasing ** bulb. I would stay away from this brand for water softening system.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC. Response
