1 starWe had our system installed in February of 2023 and spent $10,941. All of that money for the worst customer service we have ever had. We were told we needed to have the system serviced once a year. If something happens with the system before that, they will not send anyone out until it is time for the service call in their records. Trying to get them to actually come out is like pulling teeth. They reschedule in hopes that you will give up. Today after the third rescheduling the tech told me they are three hours away and it is hard to get someone to us. My advice to the company is, don't sell to an area if you can't service it. My advice to potential customers, don't bother, it's not worth it, they lie about what their system can provide, and they have a skeleton service crew. I would never recommend Leaf Home Water Solutions.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

1 starI am a 20 year veteran, retired from the ****. If you believe anything from another veteran, DO NOT TRUST this company anywhere near your home!!! We had a whole home water filtration system installed in March 2025. Now it is 30 July without a working system. It was installed incorrectly and only filters water going into the hot water heater not to mention low water pressure. I called the next day after installing and let the technician know and also texted him to see when he would come fix the problem. After the second call there were no return calls or texts. I called the service number and scheduled a time for someone to come correct the problem. Took off work and waited, the technician did not show up! No call no show. This happened twice! Literally called every number I could find to speak with a manager and could not get any information for a manager. Finally I must have pushed the right button because a manager from *********** called and was extremely rude. He asked how he could correct the situation. My reply was come pick up your equipment and provide us with a full refund. His response was That aint happening. I asked to speak with his manager and his reply was I am the manager then I asked for arbitration he said I am the arbiter. I can honestly say that I have never had such horrible service from another company in my life. I agreed for two other managers to come to the house and look at the system, they did water tests and confirmed that the system is improperly installed and stated that they would send the results to the **** board. The board refuses to give us a refund and says they have the right to service. They sent a service agreement that had no guarantees that they would fix the problem, very one sided. I sent them my own agreement and they stated to SC consumer affairs The terms provided by the customer do not align with our established policies or business practices as reflected in our contract and warranty. 1 starWe We are in ***************, *****. We had the water softener and filtration system installed in August 2022 for over $4500. The system has been in service for about 3 years now, we pay $600/yearly for maintenance. The system starts delivering ***** taste. We called service number at least twice a week for the last four weeks and left multiple messages on their voicemail as well as talking to several service associates but NO ONE returning the calls to come out to fix the issue. It is very bad that Leaf Home Water Solution does not keep up with their service standards. We will take further steps to report to State Attorney General about issues and/or ************************ to file a deceptive practices of this company. 1 starSTAY AWAY from this company... We had our home filtration/ conditioning system installed in fall 2023 and are STILL dealing with fixing their **** **** We were ASSURED their system replaced our water softener, so they disconnected it and we gave it away -- a few months pass and guess what? THEY WERE VERY WRONG. Now they won't make it right... They're offering to come take half of the $5k+ system out and give us a softener with $0 reimbursement for the system they sold us... ************ is a joke! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I so wish I never stumbled across their ads...Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

2 starsWe were looking for a better softening solution for our water as the system we have uses a lot of water and salt. The presentation from Leaf Home Water solution (LHWS) great showing we have hard water with iron. We qualified for several discounts and signed a contract that day. I spent the evening coming reviews online and on the BBB website found dozens of dozens poor reviews and I began to think I may have made a big mistake, so we signed the Notice of Cancellation, dated and sent it via email to the address on the page. I thin thought what if they do not received the email so I went to fax the notice but the number on the cancellation notice was NOT a fax number. I then went to the post office and sent the cancellation notice via 2 day Priority Mail the *********** address. Since the fax did not work I later tried to just call the number and was able to speak with ******, who was very pleasant and confirmed that I canceled the contract and sent me an email confirming so.I also canceled my check thru the bank for the down payment ($31 charge) and with the Priority Mail cost, fax cost and the gift card that I gave the salesman, we are out about $71 but I feel we did the right thing.Take your time and review companys you intend to do business with. For us there were WAY too many bad reviews on Leaf Home Water Solutions.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

1 starOn July 7 2025 I noticed a leak in the water system I purchased a little more than a year ago. When I say a leak, it was located outdoors where the main tanks and connections are located.The leak was obvious from the mini shower it gave me when standing next to the system.I contact the company asking for a ***air. The *** kept insisting that it was time for my annual L inspection, which costs more than $300. A service call to ***air the leak cosrs $125.Long story short I was told Id receive a call within 48 hours, not comforting considering the water system had to be shut off until a tech arrived. I write this Thursday July 10. I have yet to hear a word from Leaf Water Solutions.Beware!Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

1 starMy unit is 25 months old and still under warranty. Discovered a leak in the input water line (believe it to be the valve) on Thursday, July 3, 2025. Immediately called the service number and described the leak. Was told the next available appointment was on July 28, 2025. I expressed this was unacceptable since this is a water leak in my garage. Since that initial phone call, as of today, July 9, I have made 13 calls in a combination of the service department, first point of contact, a Mr. ****** the home office in ****, and the ************* Mr. ***** left a message Tuesday morning, July 8, stating a service repair person would be out that day between 8:00 and 3:00. Service person never showed up, never called. Several calls and text messages to Mr. ***** go nowhere and he has never called back or responded. Each time I call the service center I am told this will be escalated to the regional manager and should be receiving a call by close of business. I have received no return calls and the unit is still leaking with no repairs and no indication whatsoever as to when this will be fix. This is one of the worst customer service situations I have ever had to deal with. Knowing what I know now about this company and their failure to communicate and resolve system performance issues, I NEVER would have purchased a system through them.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

1 starI was told I needed to have a water softener or my pipes, washing machine, and ice maker would be damaged from the city water. Yet my neighbor has lived here 30 years with out it and has never had an isssue. I was told if I was not happy with it for any reason it I just call and they would remove it, but it has been since October 2024 and it is now July 2025 and it is still here. I was also told by the sales person that I would not need to do anything to take care of it for 3 to 5 years, but it says on their site it must be maintained yearly. The water hurts my throat, and I have requested it to be removed over 12 times and still is not removed. I have been very polite and patient and I just get the run around saying new management, can't approve upper manager has to. And it is still here. I have had to buy salt and maintain it all this time and I am disabled, and the heavy salt bags are too heavy for me to lift. I have not approved the loan, so it is here unpaid. The loan company has reached out to me and them as well. Please help me get this resolved.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

1 starReplaced my salt unit with this unit. Horrible decision for me. It does not soften water, my appliances,toilets,shower and tub are now full of scale. Im out $3600.00 plus the loss of my salt unit which I will have to now replace and remove this unit. This unit was misrepresented by the salesman person,Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

1 starPurchased mine April 2024 . No problems till June 2025. Called them to please come check it out. They said they will be here July 2nd. Scared after reading so many bad reviews. Hoping they surprise me & fix issue. No show ! So yea; all the bad reviews are true.Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.
