      Chris M did a fantastic job. On 12-28-2022 my sewer line backed up. I contacted Eco Plumbers for help and they sent out a tech, the next day, who was able to get the line open and draining. On 1-3-2023 Chris M came to run a camera through the line to see it there was any other issues. Several years ago I had a similar issue because of tree roots. About 40 years ago a former owner planted a silver maple directly over the sewer line. The only tree worse would have been a weeping willow. Chris M found some root intrusions; however, the real issue was one portion of the sewer line being forced down by the roots making the end of the section lower than the next. This did not allow the solid waste to flow, causing it to dam and create a blockage. And, the camera was not able to get past this area. After going through my options I decided to have the section replaced. Chris M was really helpful and understanding of the headache this issue was causing me. He walked me through issues involved in the repair and helped getting it scheduled quickly. I can't thank him enough. Also, before the section was replaced Chris M came out and ran the camera through the remainder of the sewer line to make sure there were no other issues. Luckily there were no other issues. Now the sewer line is fixed and the waste is flowing like it should. No more back-ups. Thank you Eco Plumbers.

      During the installation of the hot water system, the technician explained what was taking place and when the installation was completed, he took time to answer all questions. How the installation was implemented was rather impressive. The only issue I had was that the technician was about 2 hours late in attending to this appointment.

      Cody and Crew did an excellent job! They kept me informed of each detailed step of the process for repair of my sewage line problem. They replaced my post fencing from the dig and made sure everything was back in it's original place. Respectful of our property and communication was awesome from my first call with the main office to call ahead and text with pictures of technicians due to arrive at each stage.       This company is fantastic. Had a plumbing problem and we contacted them. Very repsonsive and professional. They fixed our inital problem and we signed up for yearly maintenance on our plumbing, electrical and heating components.       Ray and his trainee, Steven, were very friendly and Ray explained the whole procedure upfront to me and then gave me a quote. He completed the job in 30 minutes, even using a wet vac on the carpet. Thanks for sending him.

      I called this company out to service a furnace in a home that I had just purchased. The technician told me that my furnace was unsafe to use & shut it completely off without informing me. He then tried to sell me a combined $20000+ furnace and a/c unit. He did not give me any carbon monoxide readings or information on why my furnace was unsafe to use. But instead tried to convince me to purchase & get financing. He never checked my a/c unit one time. I had a 2nd ***** opinion from 2 other HVAC companies. Turns out, the furnace was not unsafe to operate. I dont even need a new furnace at this time. It was a complete sc.
