I was referred by ******** **** ****** and they need to stop referring this company!!! Two gentleman came out to see the problem with my A/C. A damaged coil that was leaking Freon. I was quoted an amount of $1,380. Then I was texted a link to pay which is another thousand increase. I have to go this amount because *** would not assign me to someone else and we have animals. THEY HAD BETTER come up with the ordered parts timely and fix my air or I will be dropping them or taking them to court.

I paid $89.00 and Mark at Fast Response came out to do a clean & check on A/C and he told me it had damaged coil and freon down 2 lbs (maybe a leak) he could put freon in for $240.00 but would not clean it till I paid to get service!
We had warranty company send out a second company for a second opinion (which we paid another $100 for) and the second company said there was nothing wrong with our A/C (it did not need freon and there was no damage) it just need a cleaning!
Fast Response & Mark are liar's and that if fraud - fast response sent that fraudulent report into our warranty company and we had to pay extra $100 to get second company sent out to give us the second opinion and the A/C - and it stated nothing wrong just need to be cleaned! A day and a half off work and hours on the phone & stress and all that they had to do was clean it in the first place.. I am also reporting them to the state of Ohio gov. office as a business who tries to scam people with fraudulent reports.

Unfortunately, my home warranty company sent Fast Response Heating & Cooling to my home for a service call on my heat pump/electric furnace. I was greeted at my door by 2 men who seemed unprepared needing correct information on why they had been dispatched to my home. Both men smelled like an ashtray; the odor was so foul when they left I had to light candles and use air freshener spray throughout my home. They provided me with false information on how the emergency heat function on my system should worked. They told me emergency heat was more efficient when the outside temperature was below 40* Fahrenheit. The research I had completed myself before contradicted that. After they left my home, I contacted 5 other companies in my area. I asked general questions based on how my heating system was performing, and the information Fast Response provided me. All 5 companies told me that information needed to be corrected and offered a free 2nd opinion or a service call for a much lower price than the $100 fee my warranty company charged me. I reached out to Fast Response for 3 days and am still waiting to hear back from someone. I woke up this morning after filing a complaint with the warranty company yesterday to an auto-generated email from a virtual assistant from Fast Response apologizing for my experience and offering to return with a different crew to evaluate my system. I will not be having them return, they are not welcome in my home, and I would highly recommend no one use them as a service for HVAC. After seeing other reviews online on how they use used parts for repairs and provide false information to others, this company should be out of business, and any Home Warranty Company should fire them from contract work. If I could give a 0 Star or a negative star, I would. Please spend your money with another company and do your research. I'm waiting on them to submit a report to the warranty company so I can get a second opinion and get my system resolved. BAD BAD
