hadn't been through our Service Department. He wanted to proceed with the purchase. We agreed to pay for an oil change at a BMW store. We
honored that statement by completing an oil change with Voss Village on June 18, 2021. Mr. Johnson was informed the vehicle was being sold "As Is - No Dealer Warranty" and he signed the acknowledgement form. As a follow up to the oil change done at Voss, on June 21, 2021, Mr. Johnson
sent a text to our salesperson, Kole Maggard, stating everything was fine and "he loves the car". Again on June 30, 2021, Mr. Johnson sent a
text stating "I'd say it's good man, the oil hasn't moved since." The customer has made no contact with Larkin Cobb Chevrolet Buick GMC
