      I would give a -1 star but that's not an option. I was told June 26 "we will need a order number to apply the tax document to your order. When you place your order, only an authorization hold is placed on your card and the final charge (excluding tax) will be processed when your order ships."I placed the order and I get an invoice with tax. I have been getting the run around since then and they are giving me every excuse as to why they can't approve my tax form. I have sent them every kind of form, certificate #, my clients Tax forms etc and it's always some excuse. Every time they come back with some other reason. They have none. We have been using this same form, cert #, filing process for over 30 years with all our vendors and have not had any issues. It is now August 13 (almost 2 months) and still no refund. I have had to dispute the charges now due to this ongoing and deceitful way to get you to purchase something and then make you go through all this.
