      First experience with air duct and dryer duct cleaning for two-level 5 bedroom home. Estimator came 2 days in advance to provide estimate of service. We walked through house together and ***** explained the entire process and the pricing so I had a clear picture of this event. The team (****** and *******) alerted me when they were 30 min out, Saturday morning. They were engaging, professional, and gave me updates throughout the 3 hr service, including before/after photos of some of the ducts. I will definitely call them for the next maintenance service. My HVAC son urged me to have the service done, and suggested Stanley Steemer. I shared the estimate with my son, who thought it a very good price.

      ****** and ******* were exceptional! They did a wonderful job cleaning some very stubborn carpet stains. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious. ******* made sure water drops weren’t left on my floor, even though I told him that I would be mopping them today. I will ask for them every time!

      ***** and ****** were at my house to clean my carpet and sofa today and they did an amazing job. Everything looks brand new! They were super communicative and respectful about letting me know exactly what was gonna happen and how things were going along the way. They were very friendly and I could tell they took their job seriously. I would hire them again in an instant, or recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning services.

      ******* was our Tech. He cleaned 3 rooms and was very meticulous at his task. He worked on some set in stains and was able to get all but 2 of them. Not his fault as these were pretty bad. Outstanding job. Recommend Stanley Steemer to anyone.
