            I bought a Volvo XC90 from them on January 5, 2023. There we’re no lights on the dash and no signs of anything wrong with the vehicle. Less than 24 hours later 3 lights came on the dash. I let my sales lady know and she told me for one of the lights, all I needed to do was drive around more and for the other 2 lights I needed to go to a Volvo dealership and let them know. Almost $600 later at the Volvo dealership, everything was fixed. Estle refuses to reimburse me for this.

            This has to be the worst dealership on the planet. This dealership delivered my brand new **** Cadillac Escalade with a huge scratch on the passenger side that covered both doors. I was told that I already purchased the vehicle and paid for it so from there on it is my problem. The vehicle was delivered to me with this scratch. This Escalade is brand new and cost me over $115,000. I even paid extra for the ceramic coating that is guaranteed to help protect against scratches.. when I questioned ****, the sales person, he told me he would check with his manager. All I got for response was a bunch of ***** to why they couldnt help me or cover it. They offered to do absolutely nothing to rectify the issue. This vehicle was delivered to my door with this giant scratch on it. Read the rest of the one star reviews here and run away!!! I have contacted an attorney, the BBB and the local media to help make others aware of this dealerships shady practices. I have also reached out directly to Cadillac in an effort to have their dealer accreditation pulled.
