    I put Emma on auto-ship after my first order (1 bottles) as it works great for me. No problems at all with charges or delivery! I've been using for four months now.

    This business has not honored it's claims for a 30-day money-back guarantee, and has also ************* 93-year old father placed an order over the internet for one bottle of product. The company then sent him an additional 9 bottles at a reduced price. They did not provide a phone number or mailing address to get information on how to return the unwanted procuct. They only provided an email address.I sent 5 emails to the address provided, with no resonse offering information on how to return the unwanted product and get a refund. I finally felt our only recourse was to contact the credit card company used for the intitial payment, explain the situation to them, and ask them to mark this purchase as a fraudulent charge.When I spoke to the credit card compay representative, they looked at the purchase records in their file and told me it had been set up as a recurring monthly charge of over $260.00. We informed the credit card company that we definitely did NOT authorize that recurring purchase, and asked them to cancel that recurring ********** contact with the credit card company took place one week ago. We have yet to receive any information from the company about how to return the unwanted product. My advice is to avoid doing business with this company. They failed to honor their claim to a 30-day moneyback guarantee, and tried to charge us for product we did not want.

    The pills gave me superbloating and pain. When I requested the refund which was timely done and can only be done via e-mail I have not received an answer back with a return label. Their only answer was that they were busy and would get get back to me but never did, it's been 7 days since I wrote them.

    I tried this product and had to return it after taking it for only a week. This is not a risk free trial. I did not get a full refund, as they deducted about $15 from the refund.I returned the Emma relief product because although I could not see a list of ingredients before I actually ordered it, I realized, after receiving it that it has unusually high levels of various forms of vitamin B, which can cause stomach upset, and other issues if it accumulates in the body. I was extremely nauseous for days after taking this *************** your money and go buy some organic prunes and prune juice. They are very effective and far safer than this horrible product.Their reviews must be fake. After going back to the website to leave a review about my experience, there is no link or page provided to do so.I shouldve come to BBB before clicking that purchase button.

    This business has deceptive offerings. I was offered a larger package for only $15 more than the one I initially ordered. When I placed the order I am being billed for both the initial order and the larger package! Immediately sent an email to cancel all orders. Company has not replied to my email and the phone number offered as "customer service" does not connect to a customer service representative; it only gives the email address I already used!Have notified **************** to send me an alert when they received request for payment so I can file a disputed claim.Please do not order from this company or from their parent company ***************.

    Ordered 3 bottles 6-17-25 . upon checking out kept getting error messages to the effect of "error on our part try later". Tried to check out several times, same result. scrolled down the page and saw the same offer. Clicked, and checked out no problem, got a confirmation email. Then a short time later I received another email stating "Order doubled". Called Customer Support and spoke to a representative, explained that I didn't want 2 orders and to cancel the second order. He said he couldn't help me with a cancellation and provided another link. typed I want to cancel an order and all I got was a automated response "thanks for contacting us we are very busy but we'll contact you soon " with a ticket #. Clicked on the link in that email, Same thing and another ticket #. Now I've got at least 5 ticket #s and have yet to speak with a human. Very frustrated at this point and want a full refund. I stated that in the automated emails I've received
