Enclave Bioactives Claim 100% guarantee if the medication does not help or unsatisfied. When I placed the order their system made it look like it didnt go through, so it come up again and gave a 9 month supply. So after the process I had or a 6 month supply of **** and a 9 month supply of **** and Elimipure 3 month supply. There was no way to change it other than emailing the company to cancel. I did that right when I purchased the order but a robot response said they try to get orders out fast and didnt cancel for me. Then got a call from a man stating he was with the company and I needed another product that goes with that to help with my liver and wanted my credit card info, I told him no and hung up. ordered on 8/4/25 from ************************** After i placed order, recived sales pitch about more bottles for better price. So stupidly i revised order my order, but they didn't, they charged me for 2 separate orders. i called the phone#************, only got chat box and they wanted ne to fill form with credit card# cost 5$ and a monthly ***** fee a month! before even revising my order. I do not know how to share my 3 Emails to Emma Relief customer service, or packing slip. they should have all info on my order last month , as i used my credit card for purchase. They talked me into an upgrade on order ( more supplements at better price) . Instead placed additional 2nd order. just want someone to tell me how to return 2nd order and credit my card.

On 8/1 my father received a charge on his credit card from this vendor. He did not purchase this product, his CC number was taken without his consent. I bought multiple bottles of this product which stated specific claims about what the product could do. I have used this product as directed for a month with ZERO changes to the issue it was bought for. I understand that **** by Enclave Bioactives was and is a scam, unfortunately they stole my money from my credit card and lied to me the whole time. Even if the money is unable to be returned, they should be shut down and be held accountable! I live on a fixed income and this has really put me in distress!! Transaction Date: 7/8/25 Amount charged to credit card: $477.60 (3) bottles of their Emma Relief supplement ordered/promised ************ doubled my order for 3 bottles of Emma Relief and added another supplement I did not order for yet another $147.00 plus tax.They also locked in this incorrect order with no CC expiration date or CCV code.I was not allowed to view my order before it was placed, could not cancel the order within 12 hors of placing the order, they have no customer service phone number or phone number of any type that I can contact them at, and they have not replied to my 20+ emails asking for a complete refund or at least an initial phone call.xcept tp issue a case number that I also cannot view.This business has made no effort to resolve the issue in any way. I initially ordered 90 day supply of **** and then tried to update my order to a *************************************** for both packages - $147 90 day and $234 190 day. I immediately contacted them, but got a form email saying they wouldnt get back to me until after the product shipped. I tried multiple times to contact them via email but got no response after the form email. They say that you can get a 100% refund up to 90 days if you dont like the product. I asked for a full refund and the shipping address to send the product back to less than 30 days from purchase. All I have been getting since March 30 is the run around as they only want to offer me a partial refund. I also called the number too and they say they could help with giving me an address to ship back to as all must be done via email. Very frustrating and I just want to send the terrible stuff back and get the full refund they promised in the ad.Business Response
