    Company was hired to transport vehicle from Texas to Florida. After changing the scheduled pick up multiple times within days of pick up they finally came a day later than expected at 3am. The truck that arrived didn’t have the correct ramps, but used 2x10 boards. team said it was fine. While loading the car they scraped the front spoiler which I videoed. They told me that it was fine. While transporting they said it would be three days, but it took a week. Communication during shipment was sparse or not at all and I had to demand updates. Once delivered the rims were damaged in the front and the spoiler was scraped. Upon arrival in Florida the back door wouldn’t open and I had to assist to open it. When viewing car prior to unloading they had the car tied down from the frame but also had straps running through the two front rims. The straps were dirty/caroded and gouged the factory painted rims. I have video of this, also. The company was notified once unloaded from trailer of the damage to the spoiler and rims with pictures and videos. They requested for me to get estimates for repair, which I got from the Chevy dealership. They agreed to pay me minus the destination fee for the damage. They have been promising me for the last four weeks that the check is being cut every time I communicate. Still no check and now they will not respond. I have saved every conversation with them as proof. Josh is the guy in charge of damage control.
    I would never recommend them to transport any vehicle. Not only do they not follow through on what they promise, but they don’t stand behind their delivery or damage to your vehicle.
