    Best regards, Ushipper Team

ike was covered in dirt. The next day May 2nd the dispatcher calls me and says that the bike was supposed to be in transport mode and that is why the battery is dead, so I said that is news to me, you are the transport company this is what you do for a living and your supposed to be professionals, he said it was my fault, and if I didn't pay them and pay for the new battery out of my pocket he would put the bike in a garage and leave it there until I paid, I told him I don't like being threatened. So it cost me $321.62 for the battery and 70 dollars in **** fares to go back and forth to the dealership, because it wasn't going to be ready until the following day. Now below you want to know how much I paid them, The broker was ****** **** ******** out of Del Ray Beach Florida, I paid them 409.00 and then Timecritical express I paid 750.00 as far as I'm concerned they are both liable. And on top of that they didn't deliver it to me because I had to go to the dealership to get the bike.

Upon further investigation into the situation I found out that if you have the fob for the bike you don't need to put it in transport mode,  you just put the fob in the saddlebag or the tournament or the glove box and they had the key and the fob the whole time. So there was no reason for the battery to be dead.

On 2 Mar 24 Timecritical Express LLC picked up my car with no damages from the paint and body shop in Maryland and delivered it to my address in Wyoming on 4 Mar 24. The driver stopped in Ohio to pick up a motorcycle and removed my car and placed it back in. This is when the driver damaged my car's exhaust pipes and paint squeezing in and out of the car inside the trailer. The driver pointed to the exhaust pipe he bent to watch as he backed out of the trailer, knowing he hit and scratched the pipes in Ohio. Damages were pointed out to the driver and he admitted scratching and denting the pipes. The paint inside the door jam was not discovered until the driver left. Timecritical Express LLC has failed to follow up with their insurance company Dovbenko Insurance Agency Inc to process my claim and fix my car.
