I recently had my transmission repaired at A2Z and I couldn't be happier with the service. The team did a excellent job. Everyone I dealt with was friendly professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They handled everything smoothly from start to finish and keep me updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest mechanics who are truly care about their customers. I will definitely be going back for future repairs. Thank you again ***!

I brought my Yukon into A2Z Transmissions for suspension work, and they did an outstanding job. The truck rides better than it has in years smooth, tight, and solid on the road. The team kept me updated through the whole process and made sure everything was done right the first time. They were honest about what actually needed replaced and didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary parts. Its hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but *** has earned my confidence. Highly recommend them for any suspension or drivetrain work!

    - We needed a new transmission - A2Z had our car for over a month, and this is without a repair - Over the phone they gave us a rough idea of $4-5k - We drop off our car, they tell us they need to take apart the transmission for a true estimate and this will not incur an additional charge - Three weeks after we drop off our car, were quoted about $8k - We tell them we will take our vehicle somewhere else and all of a sudden they can take $1k off the cost of the repair and theyre trying to charge us $800 for the transmission breakdown (after originally telling us there is no cost)- After multiple phone calls, we are told they made an error telling us it wouldnt cost to get our estimate and they would honor what they told us and prioritize getting our vehicle back - They kept promising it would be ready for pickup and pushing back the date/time with poor communication throughout and a myriad of excuses why it was taking so long and told us we were an inconvenience - After we finally get our car back 5 weeks after we dropped it off, we park it elsewhere and it wouldnt start again - They made a rough situation infinitely worse and I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone

    Hi ******,
We genuinely dont claim to be perfect growing a business and maintaining high standards in such a complex trade is never easy. To be fair, your original quote was for a 6F35 transmission, while your vehicle is equipped with an 8F35, which is a completely different and more complex unit. The service writer at the time was unaware of that distinction over the phone, which is exactly why A2Z doesnt rely on rough verbal estimates transmissions are among the most intricate systems in any vehicle and cant always be identified accurately by VIN alone.

You signed an authorization for teardown and inspection on 10/22/2025, and despite that, you were never charged a single dollar for teardown, inspection, or storage. The discount offered to you was a good-faith gesture to help, not an attempt to change pricing.

We went above and beyond to communicate, document everything, and release your vehicle at no cost. In truth, this could have been handled through small-claims court, where our signed documentation would clearly show that *** acted professionally and transparently from start to finish.

The business has worked hard to make sure I'm accommodated through the process of fixing my vehicle.  Communication has been constant and is much appreciated.  They have gone above and beyond to make this experience with part shortages as painless as possible.

I have been dealing with A2Z Transmision for some time now. They have always been straight forward and honest about the maintenance needed on my vehicle. I purchased a 2013 **** Escape with a rebuild transmission in it from ***** at the end on 2024. When I say this card rides Great, I mean that. If you are looking for a dependable place to either get your car serviced or just looking to simply purchase something, check out A2Z Transmissions.
