      When I was brought on the system I was told I had to pay for the year up front for their service. I did so and found the system to not be satisfactory for our services so we chose not to proceed with renewing next year. I then get notification that they are trying to run my card and it failed. I attempt to call to resolve this with no return call. Then they continue to try to run my card every week then send me to collections. I do not want the services but nobody will answer to fix this problem.

      I am disputing a $2,095.20 charge placed for collection by ***** on behalf of Seamless.AI.I have not used Seamless.AIs services for a long time. I believed that once my subscription term ended and payments could not be processed, my account would be canceled automatically. I never intended to continue the service, and there was no benefit to me during the time they continued billing.However, due to my business being dormant and losing access to my business email account, I was unaware of any communication attempts from Seamless.AI. I only became aware of this alleged debt after receiving a collection notice from *****. Seamless.AI has informed me that their contract stipulates automatic renewals, but I find this practice unreasonable when no usage has occurred for an extended period and there was no successful payment.This is not an isolated incident according to BBB records, at least 70 other consumers have filed complaints in the last three years regarding similar issues with Seamless.AIs automatic renewal and billing practices. This indicates a pattern of consumer dissatisfaction and potentially predatory billing practices.Desired Resolution:I am requesting that Seamless.AI and their collection agency correct my account to a $0 balance, remove any adverse records associated with this matter, and cease all collection activity. Given the lack of service usage, my inability to access communications, and the significant history of similar complaints, I believe this is a fair and reasonable resolution.

      Seamless.AI automatically renewed my annual subscription in June 2025 for another full year (through June 2026) without providing any notice or reminder. I was never informed that my renewal date was approaching, nor was I given a chance to opt out. When I reached out to cancel, the company cited a 60-day written notice clause in the original contract - but that clause was never communicated at the time of renewal.I explained that I no longer use the platform and had already transitioned to a different solution. I also noted that my original decision to sign up was based on misrepresentations by the sales team. Despite this, the company refused to cancel the renewal or offer any reasonable compromise. They are now holding me to another 10 months of charges totaling over $1,500 for a product that has become completely redundant in my business and was not knowingly renewed.I offered to pay through August 2025 as a fair off-ramp, but they rejected that and insisted on enforcing the full contract.

      I signed a 12-month subscription with Seamless.AI in June 2025. The service was sold to me as a tool that would provide accurate intent data, verified contact information, and be accessible for my team both on desktop and mobile. The intent was to support and improve our sales process.After onboarding, we quickly found that the service did not perform as represented. In one test, 2 of the 3 organizations identified as in-market were municipalities where I personally know the decision-makers. Both have in-house marketing teams and are not seeking outside services, which confirms the intent data was inaccurate. The platform is also not mobile-friendly. On mobile devices it simply displays a cropped desktop version which is not functional for a sales team in the field. These issues made the service unusable for our business purposes.I have repeatedly requested early cancellation and explained these concerns in detail. Seamless.AI has refused to release us from the contract despite our documented non-use of the platform. I am not seeking a refund. I am only requesting that Seamless.AI stop future billing for a service that is not usable for my business.This is a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter before pursuing a credit card dispute and additional complaints through other channels.

      We are a small business disputing an automatic renewal charge of $2,300.46 from Seamless.AI on May 21, 2025. This charge was applied without any advance notice, despite the fact that the account had not been accessed since August 2024, following the departure of the employee responsible for managing it.We were not notified of an upcoming renewal and did not consent to it. When we discovered the charge, we immediately reached out to Seamless.AI in good faith to request cancellation and a refund. Despite our prompt action and attempt to resolve the matter professionally, our request was denied.We find the 60-day cancellation notice policy and strict auto-renewal terms extremely unfair and anti-consumerespecially when no reminder is sent ahead of renewal. Seamless.AIs lack of transparency and unwillingness to work with customers creates undue financial harm, particularly for small businesses.Furthermore, our credit card on file had been replaced, yet the charge still went throughindicating Seamless.AI obtained the new card number via Capital Ones automatic account updater without our authorization. This further undermines any claim of consent.After researching further, we found numerous public complaints detailing similar experiences with Seamless.AI, particularly involving:Automatic renewals without notice Lack of response or refusal to refund Poor customer service This appears to be a pattern of deceptive billing practices that prioritize profit over transparency and customer trust.

      I agreed to a one year term with the salesperson at Seamless AI, however the fine print of the contract he sent said auto renewal with 60 day notice. They then hid their renewal notice in a marketing email that I did not see. I have spent months trying to get someone on the phone to discuss my cancellation but they just pass you around via email and threaten you with collections if you disconnect your credit card. The customer service for this customer is appalling and deceptive billing practices should be looked into, especially given how expensive this service is.

      We subscribed to Seamless.ai for a one-year term. Before the renewal date, we notified Seamless.ai that we did not wish to renew our subscription. Despite this clear communication, our credit card was charged for another full year of service.We were told that cancellation must occur at least 60 days before the renewal date, a policy that was not made clear when we signed up. Like many users, we assumed we had until the actual renewal date to make that decision.This 60-day cutoff seems designed to reduce flexibility for customers and trap them into another billing cycle, even when a clear intent to cancel has been communicated. We believe this is a deceptive and unfair billing practice.We formally requested a refund, but our request was ignored. To date, we have not received any resolution, acknowledgment, or refund.

      I was charged $2,200 without receiving any prior notice or consent for renewal. I attempted to cancel the service but was unable to reach customer support by phone.       I am rejecting Seamless.AIs response and do not consider the matter resolved for the following reasons:
      No *****************************************start="368" data-end="371"> While Seamless.AI claims to have sent renewal notices in March and April 2025, I have never received any such emails. I conducted a full audit of my Office 365 email account, including:
      Message trace for **** ****** email address
      A complete search of all folders (inbox, spam, junk, archive, deleted)
      Email header trace logs
      There is no record of any communication from Seamless.AI or **** ***** prior to the renewal charge. Their screenshots only show messages marked as sent, not delivered or opened.
      Violation of Florida Law ( *******)
      My business is registered in *******, and this subscription was entered into through a Florida-based agreement. Under Florida Statute *******, Seamless.AI was required to provide:
      Written or electronic notice
      Delivered 3060 days before renewal
      Clearly disclosing the renewal and how to cancel
      Because I did not receive this required notice, the automatic renewal is unenforceable under Florida law. I am therefore entitled to a full refund of the $2,200 charge.
      Deceptive ***************************start="1505" data-end="1508"> Seamless.AIs reliance on an auto-renewal clause in a contract does not override state law protections. Their failure to ensure delivery of proper notice, combined with their refusal to refund, constitutes a deceptive and unfair business practice under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA).

      On February 25, 2025, I attempted to cancel my subscription with Seamless.AI by sending an email to their listed contact address: ***************************** Despite this effort, I never received a response or acknowledgment of my cancellation request. I followed all proper steps to communicate my intent to cancel before any renewal date, yet the company has failed to address or honor my request.Since then, I have found that Seamless.AI appears to make it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to cancel services. There is no clear or functional cancellation process provided through their website or platform, and they continue to charge my account against my wishes.This lack of transparency and failure to respond to customer communication is unacceptable. I am requesting the BBBs assistance in having this account formally canceled and any charges beyond my initial cancellation request date refunded.

      I signed up for an account December 2024, immediately they started charging me for 2 accounts. I have called and tried to correct this issue and they refuse, they say they will fix it and dont. They keep over charging me 197 dollars every month for 6 months now thats 1200 dollars they owe me. They will not answer a phone call nor return my calls nor answer me emails
