              I called them about getting the party room downstairs. I was on hold for at least 10 min when i called for the party. They only had asked for my name, not my number, my address, or anything! They didn’t give me details about anything & when i showed up i had to walk all the way around the building & down stairs to get there. I walk inside & it’s filthy, leaves & dried mud everywhere, the tables were so nasty i had to clean before having the party. I brought my own shovel & cleaning products. After the party gets started & i got the food set up & people start coming. I noticed there was ROACHES crawling everywhere, not just 1, A lot! by the FOOD i had brought. Infested! I took pictures and videos of all of it for proof! Not to mention they wanted me to pay $75 for a room that the bathroom was out of order so my guest had no bathroom to use, i only ended up paying $40!…. I am highly disgusted and ashamed of Tee Jays especially for them to be open & serving this mess. I did get my refund & ended up leaving. But i am not letting this slide! It is absolutely disgusting!
