  Completely disorganized and unhelpful. Charged me for things left by them before my move on. They stopped returning emails and also lost my forwarding address which I still don’t understand because the keys were returned in a sealed up baggy with all contact info and I also emailed them the forwarding address before my move out date. They can’t answer any questions and if they do it’s just a complete run around or pretending to know what’s going on because again they are completely disorganized. I would never recommend renting with this company, they are scamming people out of their money. Their property’s also have bugs and fail to tell new tenants about the problem before moving in and signing lease. Then state it’s your responsibility to remove the pest. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

  I understand you spoke with our vacant unit manager who provided documentation and responses to your questions. All our vacant units are inspected prior to a new resident moving in and any issues addressed at that time. Issues that come up during your lease are addressed in the lease in regard to who is responsible. We wish you the best in the future.

  Scam artist. Will charge you for previous damage. Will not return calls or emails. Do not rent from them. Will not fix any problems and then try to charge you for those problems at move out. The most corrupt people I have ever encountered.

  I have been renting from them for almost a year now, and they are all lazy, incompetent, scumbags whose only goal is to take advantage of you. They do the absolute bare minimum to the property, they put all of the responsibility of a normal landlord on the tenant, their maintenance crews are slow and ineffective, and they have absolutely no care or respect for their tenants. I highly recommend NOT renting from them, as they don’t deserve a penny of your money. Extremely irresponsible business overall will very little ethics. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

All issues were addressed per the lease in regard to who is responsible but we understand that was a source of frustration. Any repairs that were our responsibility were completed at no charge to you at a time that was convenient for you. We wish you the best in your new home.

  You knowingly opted not to fix basic flaws with the property before the lease started, and then added unusually vague clauses to the lease to cover yourselves and put the responsibility on me. That is purposefully taking advantage of your leasee, and is pretty dishonest business practice, especially in such a low income area.
