"I have been renting from them for almost a year now, and they are all lazy, incompetent, scumbags whose only goal is to take advantage of you. They do the absolute bare minimum to the property, they put all of the responsibility of a normal landlord on the tenant, their maintenance crews are slow and ineffective, and they have absolutely no care or respect for their tenants." ...
