            RL property management managed our rental property in Hilliard. The tenant left and they returned the security deposit. They quoted us $ 9,210 worth of damages. We had a phone call with them discussing the damages. We didn't get any satisfying answers. I am attaching their estimate! We had to take back the property and we hired another property management company to fix our rental property. The new property management provided us a new estimate attached! $ 1,688.92 to fix the property! RL property had the guts to charge us $250 and just emailed us about the $632 owed in fees! We already asked them about the damages they highlighted on their estimates which are supposed to be the previous tenant's responsibility! We were informed that we would get reimbursed after we pay the 9K!! It is upsetting to deal with such a business!! We are left with a damaged unit!!

            Scam artist. Will charge you for previous damage. Will not return calls or emails. Do not rent from them. Will not fix any problems and then try to charge you for those problems at move out. The most corrupt people I have ever encountered.
