Refund and Exchange Policy
According to the website as of  10.15.24: " Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Occasionally, we ask for photographic evidence. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by the buyer. Prepaid labels are not offered.

Contact us to initiate a refund process. Refunds are applicable if:

Your item arrives damaged.
You receive the wrong item.
Your item doesn't arrive after 60 days.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specific number of days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send a picture of the defective or damaged item to [email protected] within 24 hours after delivery for review.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If your pet does not like the product or you have ordered the wrong size/color, we grant you a 40% discount on your next purchase. Typing errors in personalized products will only be exchanged if the error was caused by us. Please pay attention to what you type. 

In the interest of hygiene the following items can not be returned:

Customized Products
Underwear/lingerie, and swimwear unless the product is clearly unopened.
Hats and hair accessories unless unworn and the tags still in place.
Earrings and body jewelry - we are unable to refund or exchange any earrings or body jewelry.
Quilts, duvets, pillows, and bedding unless the original packaging remains undamaged and unopened.
Cosmetics, toiletries, feminine hygiene products, and towels. We will only accept returns if they are in a saleable condition with unbroken seals and packaging,
Food and Beverages, unless they are unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.
All returns must include the original invoice or a note referencing your full name, the e-mail you provided in the order, and the order number.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. We process orders immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items. If an item doesn’t fit, repurchase the correct size, and contact us for a discount code to offset shipping costs. Please send a picture of your order for the discount code. Requests for replacements are valid for 30 days post-receipt.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
