      Klarna keeps charging me for an item I never received. When i dispute it they close the case and tell me because the tracking number says delivered, that must mean it was, yet they never can provide me actual POD. A tracking number that says delivered can not be POD , this doesn't prove anything. The package could have been stolen from the shipping company, delivered to the wrong place etc. Yet, each time I ask, Klarna continues to fail to provide any photo or signature. Klarna then responds that i need to contact the shipping company *********. Yet when I contact ********* they refuse to investigate. The only person who is suffering here is ME, because Klarna is giving me the runaround since the new year.

      I purchased shipping insurance with this item FOR THIS REASON! Yet, Klarna sends me the same email each month, its like there is no actual human sense being applied to the issue. This has been going on for months. Klara customer service reps continue to now threaten me with collection for something I NEVER got. Their dispute process is FLAWED

      In September 2022 I ordered clothing in the amount of $345.71 from ******. I paid for the items via Klarna's payment plan option. This payment option allows one to pay a certain amount of funds over time until the amount of the purchase is paid off. I was provided an email from ****** stating that my package would arrive in about 30 days.
      In October 2022 I received one sweater from the shipment and that's all. At the end of October, I contacted ****** because I still had no package for the other items. ****** and I went back and forth regarding the missing items and I was told that the items were in route.
      ****** stated that they had sent out the merchandise accordingly and that I had received the items in full which was not correct. I disputed this false claim of ****** several times.
      The bulk of the items had been stolen during transit yet KLARNA deemed me responsible. Even after I showed proof of the damaged package, I was still made by KLARNA to pay 345.71 for items I did not receive.
      I contacted my bank who investigated. The bank provided a chargeback of funds after providing them proof throughout their investigation. Yet, KLARNA charged my account again and placed it in an unpaid status until I paid in full. Because I'm purchasing a home I made payment arrangements with KLARNA. It's truly a misdeed to be held responsible for stolen goods that I did not receive.
      I waited another two to three weeks. I tracked the package and contacted ****** demanding a refund explaining that the tracking showed the package had been sitting in the Greenville N.C. postal office for weeks and if they could they contact them.
      By the fifth of November, I received a damaged package with three out of fourteen items in it. I immediately contact ******. After several debates with ******, they offered me a $20 coupon to use within seven days to compensate for my missing items. I then contacted KLARNA about the missing items, they started an investigation to no avail.

      I purchased a ******** jacket online on 11/17/22 for 52.99 and checked out with klarna made my first payment of 13.24 and a couple days later paid the balance of 39.75. I never received this jacket and reported it to ******** and klarna on November 27 2023. Upon investigation they both claim my order was delivered. I told them it was delivered to the wrong address. Just because it is marked delivered doesn’t mean it was delivered to my address. The post office misdelivered my package and is well aware of this. The post office’s told me they are not responsible for misdelivered packages. So basically I was just out of my money and jacket. I had no choice but to dispute with my credit card and after their investigation they gave me a refund. Now klarna is trying to rebill me for this jacket I never received and added late charges for a jacket that was paid for. This is ridiculous I paid all my klarna charges. I don’t owe klarna nothing. ( order reference # ******** ) store order number *********. This item was paid for and I never received it. No help from Klarna or ******** had to dispute with my bank that refunded my money.

      I have tried to resolve this with klarna and ******** but neither company care about me not getting my package. I have made a complaint with bbb about the post office misdelivering my package to the wrong address… because it’s a Government agency they wouldn’t even send it to the company. I have done everything right just to get stuck with a collection from klarna for something that I paid for and never received. It is a shame that these big companies have no regard for things that go wrong during the delivery process as long as they’re not out of any money. As I stated before my bank was the only resource I had to resolving me getting my money back by the chargeback for non receipt of goods. The post office is aware that they delivered my package to the wrong house and is more concerned with protecting their employees than the customer. Like I stated before I was told they weren’t responsible for misdelivered packages. No one wants to be held accountable . I will continue my dispute with klarna and their collection and warn others to never deal with these companies that don’t stand by their customers .

      Klarna could have resolved this before sending to a collection agency. I disputed this several times with klarna and ******** as well as the post office. Although this is something that doesn’t usually happens. This is a first for me. The problem is klarna or ******** doesn’t stands by their good paying customers. I said I never received this order I don’t have to lie about it. I have already put a complaint in with the collection agency it shouldn’t have gotten this far. I will not pay for something I never received.

      Good morning I wanted to file a complaint on this company because every year it’s a different issue. I have been using Klarna for over three years it shows I have spending power over $500 to make my payments and pay off any debt and within the last week. All of a sudden I’m getting a message saying my identity cannot be verified will this makes absolutely no sense. I have not change my identity and my information has been the same the entire time when I spoke to a customer service rep all they can give you with automated answers which aren’t answers, I do not appreciate the fact of the lack of transparency if I have spending power and I have done nothing wrong nor changed any of my information why am I getting a bogus message saying my identity can’t be verified yet anybody else in the world can verify my identity Including you since I’ve been using you for years .

      If you are not going to be an unbiased company, why are you even around sending email saying oh you have spending power but then when you go try to use it you get some ** I don’t appreciate the company saying my identity cannot be verified because that is a complete lie

      The way Klarna handles disputes should be illegal. They have closed an investigation on an item I have not received and resuming payments instead of having the merchant either refund or reissue item with signed delivery. I believe the two are working together due to so many complaints to scam hard working customers out of their money.

      I was to purchase merchandise from ****** using Klarna’s pay in four payments vice. Klarna issues gift cards via retailers on the consumers behalf. When I went to use the FIRST gift card, it presented to me as not valid or “going through “ I then tried to redo the transaction, which entailed KLARNA CHARGING ME TWICE FOR THE SAME TRANSACTION THAT NEVER WENT THROUGH. KLARNA has knowledge that I have not used EITHER GIFT CARD from the date of 03/24 to current as I refuse to have anymore dealings with Klarna. Klarna has put the blame on ******, whom I immediately contacted and as ****** who has also confirmed that I did not use EITHER gift card.KLARNA, ****** and MYSELF have been emailing countlessly . I’m tired of the back and forth . KLARNA has asked for proof of the gift cards not being used which I provided everytime and an refund has not been issued.The original purchase was made through KLARNA not ******. KLARNA should be issuing my refund. I refuse to use the gift cards. KLARA BLAMED ******. Klarna stated that they would issue my refund after ****** refunds them. KLARNA ALSO HAS YET TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR THE SAME TRANSACTION! I did not receive any items from ****** USING THESE GIFT CARDS. Klarna is acting as if I used them and am trying to get over. They will and have been UNREDEEMED FOR OVER 30days! I HAVE TRIED TO UPLOAD SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS IT KEEPS SAYING ERROR . May I please have an email I can forward the documents to. I think I have too many !

      March 17 I reserved The extended **** ******* *** ******* through ********* paying with Klarna. I arrived to the hotel to learn that they had been out of rooms since Wednesday due to a power outage. I was told to contact *********, which I did. ********* then gave me a new reservation to *** ***** ***. I was told my reservation information would be the same number from the hotel. I called the hotel to confirm they did in fact have rooms available, and was told they DID NOT. ********* was paid the FULL amount and I was charged the first payment amount of 82.90. I never checked in because they couldn't confirm I had a room. Klarna has refused to return my money stating it is an issue with *********. I did not pay ********* nor do they have access to my account, Klarna need to be held responsible for this issue

      Purchased on Klarna March 4th. The amount if the transaction is $86.43, I have paid $64.82 so far. I have changed my bank account and got the notice that the last payment was coming up. I clicked the link to login to the account to pay the remaining balance but their system ALWAYS, says something is wrong. I reached out to customer service and got a response but no help. I just recently received an email saying that if I don't pay by May 12th they will send me to collections. I have literally been trying to pay. When I call (because this company has a reputation for horrible customer service), I am 50+ in line on the phone. I can't sit on a phone that long. So I chatted with Customer Service and they said they would escalate my issue, but they haven't. It's not fair to send me to collections when I have been trying to pay.

      Auto pay was set up through Klarna in July, 2021. Monthly payments of $248.02 processed successfully until March, 2023. When I didn't see the payment in my bank I contacted Klarna I was told to wait. After reaching out the second time, I was told there was a glitch in their system. Then their app wouldn't let me make the March payment because payments were paused because of my complaint. BTW, I never received a response for my first complaint and in later chats was told that the complaint had to be "resolved" in order to process any other payments. I then cancelled auto pay and made a payment in full for $991.92. I have screen shots showing that the account is paid in full. After multiple phone calls to my bank they show nothing submitted or rejected. I then contacted Klarna to ask why the payment had still not cleared my bank and they told me to keep waiting. It has been 7 days and today they are still telling me to wait. However on the app I can now see that the payment failed on their end. But since their system shows I have a ZERO balance I cannot make a payment. Customer disservice has closed my chats and hung up on me rather than solving my issue or escalating as I requested. They refuse to escalate my problem to a supervisor or anyone who can fix the issue and they can't help me make a payment either. Unable to get support for my problem I cannot close this account forever. No wonder Klarna is in financial trouble. Order number is used as tracking number for escalation - ********* apparently. That is what I was told. I cannot believe how difficult it has been trying to make a payment or pay off this amount in full. Upload shows account paid in full as well as the payment made and failed.

      After looking into this, we can see that we did receive your payment of $991.92 on April 17, 2023, but it was chargedback on the same day, April 17, 2023. When a payment is chargedback, it’s as if we never received a payment at all, so the balance is still due. We can confirm that the account balance is now displaying as  $991.92, not $0.00, so you will be okay to try your payment again. 

      As for the autopay not working,  the $25.00 late fee was removed on April 04. 2023. This was a technical error on our end, but has been fixed! You should have received an email with more information regarding this.

      Nope!  This is absolutely ridiculous!

      Klarna told the BBB that everything is fixed so I attempted to make the final payment today.  The attached screenshots are date and time stamped AFTER Klarna's response and you can clearly see that my balance shows ZERO DOLLARS DUE.  

      Therefore, I am still unable to pay off this account even after Klarna "fixed the problem."

      I won't know for 7-10 days whether my payment worked.  This is the length of time I was told multiple times by Klarna to wait.  After that time, I will know whether Klarna fixed their issue or not.
