    I gathered a quote for moving our entire house from All American Moving (aka Mathis Moving) I specified in the quote some unique or hard to move items, one of them being my very large and difficult to move OXEFIT workout machine that I paid about 10k for and its new. They assured me they could move it. The house we are moving into is larger and easier to move into than our old one was to move out of. So the day of the move came, I was going from house to house and wasnt present for the move a good portion, my wife tried to answer the movers questions the best she could. They moved the OXEFIT out of the old house and put a large hold in the ceiling. They then moved our items into the new house. When I arrived home from cleaning the old house the movers were gone. They had left my OXEFIT in the garage instead of moving it into the house like I paid for it to be. The OXEFIT is supposed to be in a climate controlled environment not the garage. They had items stacked on it as well. So I contacted the company and voiced my displeasure with the damage as well as how they treated my equipment and didnt fulfill the contract. Someone reached out and did get someone to fix the damaged ceiling and told me someone else would get a hold of me about my equipment. They never did I reached out more through email and still no response at all. This is very frustrating. I measured the entryway into the new house and the route to where it was supposed to have gone showing it would fit. I took a video of it and sent it to them, still no response! Before the move I also sent them an email with the moving instructions.

    This issue not being addressed timely was the result of a change in leadership in our dispatch department.  We are currently in communication with Mr. ***** to get a crew out to his home to relocate the machine to its desired location.  I will update this complaint once issue is resolved.
