    I have a contract for home warranty for the past several years. I have placed several claims, the last 3 have all been denied for one reason or another. Recently place a new claim for a freezer in my contract, but now all methods to contact AHW return as not valid. Phone disconnected, email address not valid, etc.

    I don’t think the business in still a company. No emails are valid. All phone numbers lead to dead ends disconnected or medical alert bracelets, not the real company. When I log into my account it states log in problem and contact the company. No way to contact. They are just charging all the customers until they discover they are not in business anymore

    Paid $1425 for 3 years warranty. Now at customer service nobody answers. Sent emails to them failure notice for emails came back. Need to know is this out of business? How do I get my money back?

    Entered into 3 year contract on 5/18/22 and was not notified when company went out of business. Website still works as of 4/24/24 to submit a claim, but phone number and email do not work. According to other accounts, claims, and complaints, company has gone out of business. I wish to be refunded for the unused portion of my claim. The lack of notification also prevented me from purchasing a new plan from another home warranty company. Now, I have appliance repairs needed that are not covered, and I do not have the means to pay for the repairs because I have no coverage. I thought I did, but I don’t.

    I renewed my home warranty on 5/26/23. Its expiration is 7/26/24. For a while I've been trying to use the service since two items in my home have failed to continue working. As I try to access the business website -ahwp.com- all I get is no response. It looks like the website is gone. While trying
    to contact them via telephone, numbers do not exist or other businesses will respond. I paid US$450 for this renewal and now I don't have the service. I am kindly asking you to help me find a solution and a total reimbursement of my money. Thank you so much!

    I've gone back and forth by phone and email about a promised 800$ check that I expensed for work they would cover. When I contacted them for the check they'd say their systems were down, etc. I started reaching out to them around 6/6/2023 and never received the promised check.

    I purchased the warranty plan on 01/02/2023 for $450, which was supposed to end on 03/22/2024. I have attached the purchase confirmation email containing all the necessary information and the contract. Dealing with them last year has been very difficult, and I can say this based on my experience since my initial purchase on 05/02/2019. I encountered plumbing issues and made claims on 5/23/24. Although the company authorized the work to be done and promised payment, they never followed through. Additionally, I paid service call fees to two companies, each time amounting to $65. When I attempted to make two more claims for heating and electrical issues, no one answered the phone.

    This warranty covers my rental property, and given the urgency of the situation – especially during the winter when it's cold and potentially dangerous due to electrical issues – I had no choice but to pay out of pocket to resolve the problems. The warranty was supposed to provide coverage until 03/22/24, but I did not receive the services promised.

    I purchased this warranty to have peace of mind, but it has caused numerous issues and considerable stress for me. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in obtaining a refund of $450 from this company, as I believe I am entitled to it. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to let me know, and I will be happy to provide it. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.

    I signed up for home warranty service and they are apparently out of business - but they continued to charge my bank account. There was no contact that they closed - I only found out today when I tried to call and couldn't get through. Then I did some research and found out. I want my money back. They billed me for 8 months when they were not in business.

    Can not get in touch with this company to put claim in for a hot water heater to be re placed but are still taking my payment of 48.25 a month from my credit card
