            JR with Robinette Heating and Cooling lied to me about the cooling refrigerant he put into my AC unit, which was low on R-22 refrigerant. He put in 431a in the AC unit instead and told me it was same as R22. He even falsely wrote on the receipt that he charged R-22 into my AC unit when the bottle/box he was pumping refrigerant from had 431a written on it. Later I found out 431a was not the same as R-22, and that this mix was damaging to the AC unit; especially when mixing two different refrigerants together. It's been more than two and a half months since I reached out to him about this problem and he promised to refund me the amount I paid of $330. But so far he has not refunded me any amount and has ignored me totally.

            JR R******** sold me a faulty Furnace which was emitting carbon monoxide. The upper heat control switch was bypassed with a 5amp fuse.The furnance had cracks inside. i called him December 18 2022. He said he was out of town would be back Jan 1st to check it. Had to use another company to inspect the furnace and they told me it was a bad furnace.He promised several times to replace the unit and have not seen him.
