              I had a membership with Juvly which was 100.00 a month with a equal cash value for use of products and services. When COVID restrictions hit March 2020 I cancelled my membership because the business was not open. They charged me 2 more months because of the time of my request and their unposted policy requires 30 days. When I cancelled I was assured once the center was opened I could use my “banked” dollars. I did not sign nor was their any posted, email or letter communication that there would be a time limit to use the money I paid. I moved from the Columbus area and when I called on 8/3/2021 because I was traveling there to use my “banked” $300.00. I was told they put a rule in February of 2021 you had to use it within 6 months or they kept the money. None of this is correct and unethical in practice. There was no contract signed, no communication or written material I was given.

              If you're planning on becoming a member for any of the spa facials or laser hair removal or even cool sculpting at the ********** location - THINK AGAIN. I wish I could take myself out of the membership. None of the services listed on the website are offered here - only injectables and such. CRAZY!!! I've been on a wait list for 6 months and still no provider. They had me meet with their provider for their **** location for laser hair removal online - ****!!! As if i'm going to travel their multiple times for that! Just so poorly ran. THEY LIED ON THEIR WEBSITE - THEY ARE ADVERTISING FOR SERVICES THEY DONT OFFER!
