      I charged 300+$ on a Talbots credit card. It was paid off in full, but I didn't realize the check didnt reach Comenity until 2 days after the due date. Thinking I'd paid the bill, I did nothing more with the account. I ended up with a $103.00 service charge. When I got that call, I paid off the late/service penalty in full, and cancelled the credit card.Comenity issued me a check for a $3.00 overcharge. Today, I received a bill saying I owe a $3.00 service/late fee. This is ridiculous!!!!

      They did not pull payment and forced me to pay several missed payments because they did not take my payment WHEN scheduled.

      From my experience, comenity bank seems more interested in trying to obtain late fees rather than resolving a disputes.They also apparently released my PII to some third party collection company .I dont believe either of these models and practices are viewed as indicative of a first rate company.

      Poor service, no compassion. Multiple accounts with these people, yet an honest mistake cost me $84. Shame on them.

      I was told when I signed up for the card that my payments would egual the amount needed to not have intrest. Due to being paperless and paying auto payments I didn't look which is my fault but that information was wrong and I ended up with so much interest. They were not willing to help at all and take no responsibility for them giving wrong information which I'm sure they do on purposes.

      I got a torrid card in April. Apparently, they sent it to my physical and not my P.O. box (which is fine). I had to call multiple times before they actually sent the card out. I FINALLY got it in late July. I made 2 payments, 1 with a person and 1 with the phone system. The phone system never applied to my account. Now that I got the card, I thought maybe I could finally log in and pay on my own, but now it won't let me log in after I registered. I can't reset the password either (though I am 100% sure I'm already using the correct info).Everything with this stupid card is like pulling teeth, and it keeps getting me pinged as paying late because the company is too incompetent to work properly.

      I am a single mom and unemployed. Needed car repair didnt have enough funds in my account, the ***** employee suggested the come out capital credit card. Totally not what was promoted have been charged a substantial amount of fees since then also another fee was added to the card since opening. They are ripping you off right in front of your eyes but doing it legit. Once paid off will never use the credit card again.

      I am 75 years of age with exceptional credit scores in all 3 major bureaus I applied for the Boscov's credit card in May 2025 I received a letter dated 7-10-2025 from a ******* ****** in customer advocacy that my May ******* application was rejected because: " We were unable to approve your application due to an inability to verify previous credit experience" "We hope you will consider reapplying for the Boscovs Credit Card in the Future"Today I reapplied for the Boscov's Credit card and promptly received an automated message, as follows: Action Cannot Be Completed "Were sorry. Theres been an unexpected error and this action cannot be completed right now.""Please try again later or contact Customer Care"It should be noted that there is no telephone number provided for customer care.I am the holder of numerous ********************** cards administered by banks such as Citi,***********, ****** Synchrony,*******, ****************, ********, ***************

      ********** ever. Don't open an Ulta Rewards Card with them. They have no understanding and will not work with you. I paid my bill on time and they must do this for fun. I paid with my online bill pay and they claimed they didn't have it. They have charged me late fee after late fee, even after I sent the check that was returned to sender because the ** Box with my bank was off. They wasted my time and lied about putting the account on hold so I wouldn't get charged late fees. I wish nothing but complete disaster and ruin in this bank that has wasted my time and strung my along while ****** me with late fees. I paid their late fees today, $120. I hope they choke on it.
