I received a bill for collections with a name I haven't had in over six years, which is outside limitations. On top of this, it was an attempt to collect on an amount that I know nothing about and for a company I have never authorized any type of transaction with. The bill is IDENTICAL to another company I filed a complaint about, ******** ******** **********. I am extremely concerned about the ethics of these collection companies and am trying to understand how fraud continues to take place when there are so many complaints about the same issues. I am asking this be rectified immediately as this impacts my credit score and so much more. Again, this is NOT my debt nor is it in a name I have used in over six years. I am hoping this can be investigated to better

I am having the hardest time with Payliance. I have paid a total of 4 accounts off with Payliance and they removed 2 from my credit report, however they have not removed the other two that I’ve paid recently. It has been over a month and still nothing. I’ve called multiple times and they said they will get it reported and removed and still nothing. I’ve also asked multiple times if someone could mail me some kind of statement to show what accounts I have left with Payliance, and again have been told it will be mailed to me and yet I’ve gotten nothing. Some days I try to call and I can’t get a hold of anyone. Just today I’ve tried calling 6 different times at different times throughout the day and no one answers. I am really wanting to get my accounts paid off and taken care of but I’m also not going to keep making payments if Payliance isn’t going to do their job and remove these accounts. Horrible collection agency.

Today, I received a notification for collection from payliance reported to *******. When I checked, I was shocked to see it was reported for ***** ******** when we are up to date on the Autodebited payment with ***** of the ********** **************. PAYLIANCE did not reach out to me by mail or by call in regards to any collection. The issue occurred during the month of September when I had to open a new account in a new bank. The old account was closed and during autodebit we had an issue. I have given a check for that month and gave also autodebit information for the new checking account. Not sure the process of PAYLIANCE but it seems they have not done their job properly. They should have reached out to me and ***** of *********** *** before taking any action instead of this fraudulent report. This type of companies needs to be held responsible for their actions and possible business license suspension. I need BBB to take immediate actions to consider and review the company and check how many cases like this is occurring by PAYLIANCE. I need my credit report fix ASAP in next 48 hours or will be taking legal action.

I paid off both debts for accounts: ****** and ***** ** with the understanding that these were taken off my credit. Years later they are still on there and preventing my from purchasing a home. I was completely misled by this company and it is still causing me mental health issues years later as I am trying to grow and better my life. I received a letter in the mail from Payliance stating that I owe a debt of $200(plus $20 fee) to ********.

I called Payliance to dispute this debt and the person I talked to ******** was extremely rude and unhelpful. She would not send the information that shows I owe the debt. I followed the directions on the letter to properly dispute this and ******** would not listen.

I called the police to report this are fraud and Identity theft.

I did my own leg work and also call the ******** to obtain the information they had on file. ******** confirmed that my information was used to create this account, however the checking account was a fraud account. So this is Identity theft and Payliance is a horrible company that does not abide by their own operation practices to provide information once disputed.

We received a letter from Payliance demanding payment from a purchase made from Oreilly Auto Parts 3805 made by someone who fraudulently used our checking account (which had been closed by our bank due to fraud at the time of the purchase). Rather than recognizing the fact that our account was closed due to fraud, Payaliance's Disputes Department sent a letter to our previous address (despite us pointing out that we do not live there) demanding that we provided a Notarized Affidavid of Fraud/Forgery OR. They provide no guidance on how to access this form or how to provide it to them. ******* (*****) and ********* ***** Here is the email we send to them: Dear Disputes: I am writing regarding Reference 2900032.
