I've been trying to get ahold of this company for a week now. No one answers. They take days to message or email back which leads to no where. All I want to do is pay what I owe in full but they are not getting back to me at all. I don't know what to do. I just want to get this resolved but is definitely frustrating not getting a call back or a proper back n forth email to get this paid and resolved.

I have been paying on a bill they took me to court over for 2 years now. I pay faithfully each and every month. I called to check my payoff balance and it was significantly different than what I had. I explained that the judgement order the judge signed has a certain amount and they tell me that is not what they have and they are refusing to go by what they judge signed. It is a racket that you are trying to pay the bill and make things right and they continually add on costs that are not in the original judgement. I am not paying anymore than what is on my signed judgement. I have tried working with them and just received a letter pretty much stating to bad you have to pay what we have even though it is not the same as the judgement order. I found Levy and Associates to be fair and forthright to deal with. I made a payment arrangement with them. I kept my part of the payment arrangement. They kept theirs. The day my last payment was made,the collection was removed from my credit report as agreed upon.Levy & Associates, LLC Response

Payments to them were set up to be automatically withdrawn from a bank account. They faithfully took money for three years and then inexplicably stopped. I thought it was paid off. 15 months later, I receive a letter threatening garnishment for non payment. This was the first communication since the beginning. Trying to get someone on the phone proved impossible, so I stopped at their physical location to verify the authenticity and try to find why they stopped taking payments. They could give no reason for it. Fortunately, I was able to pay the remainder that day and avoid garnishment, but over the past several months, it had definitely been hurting my credit. Watch out! They make purposeful attempts so that you have to go to court and sign things just so that you can pay the bill. Mine went to court and 3 other people were just trying to pay the bill. I wish there was a better way to report them, but because they are lawyers they know how to back you in a corner without any kindness. This company will come after you for debt until Kingdom Come. They totally ignore Cease & Desist letters and they feel that they are above the law. Please keep records of your contacts with this company. You will need them if you pursue a civil action lawsuit against them for harassment. I received papers for court thT they were the Creditors in the case. I set up a payment arrangement so we can stop the garnishment. I owe over $8000 dollars with them for a 2010 ***** HHr that had damage when I purchased it. But anyways. With interest for that car it all came out to $18,000. Went through Credit acceptance. So I set up my payment which was $85 bi/weekly. And now I am still receiving garnishment paperwork that the court is saying. I was told along as I make the payment I was ok. The second I default they would start the garnishment.This is not right and I do not understand why and how they can still be aloud to do this to someone.Levy & Associates, LLC Response

They are as CROOKED as they get!! I was making payments until COVID hit and I wasn't even getting to draw unemployment because the company had everyone's so messed up.. I contacted Levy and they said to wait until I started getting income again and to re contact them. which i did! The very "sweet" (haha) girl I spoke with said to submit my last 2 paycheck stubs and she could lower the payments that I had been struggling with. I immediately printed them off and mailed them in. 2 WEEKS LATER MY PAYCHECK IS GARNISHED!! Low down LYING PEOPLE!!! In time the crooked s*** that they do will come back on each one of them.
